I have been a patient at Dr. Straw for over 20 years, I can only say that the waiting time was a bit long at the beginning, but that has changed completely.

You get treated nice, wait time can be a bit long, but that's public healthcare for you.
During COVID, wait time is non existent tho, and they are really limiting the people that are waiting.
