Denn die sofortige Bezahlung in bar scheint in der Praxis sehr wichtig zu sein. Einen elektronischen Terminkalender lege ich Ihnen ans Herzen - damit Sie in Zukunft Termine nicht doppelt vergeben! Uns als Entschädigung eine Stunde online anzubieten, nett, aber nach dem langem Anfahrtsweg...War wohl ein Zeichen, damit wir nicht mehr zu Ihnen kommen. I doubt whether a "I'm sorry" from the client's side is sufficient if they miss an appointment. Because immediate payment in cash seems to be very important in practice. I recommend an electronic appointment calendar - so that you do not assign appointments twice in the future! Offering us an hour online as compensation, nice, but after the long journey ... It was probably a sign that we would no longer come to you.
