Inspirational thoughts (at the beginning of the yoga class), good quality (a lot of emphasis is placed on the correct orientation), flexibility (schedule), openness (offering online yoga) and the feel-good spirit characterize practice yoga for me.

For many years I have been regularly active in this yoga studio on site or online. Great and very personable teachers, varied hours, a cozy atmosphere ... all of this can be found naturally with Anja and her team!
