Very sympathetic and friendly ordination. What I also like very much is that Dr Heckenthaler takes time for his patients, listens and is very empathetic.

Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Very competent and sensitive doctor who takes time for her patients. Again and again I feel very good with Dr. Uitz-Olejak canceled. We recommend!!!

Dr. ..., oder in Wahrheit zur Sprechstundenhilfe - weiter kam ich nicht - wurde regelrecht abgewimmelt: "Es würden keine weiteren Patienten mehr aufgenommen". Zur Krönung wurde die Dame (lt. hp Elvira Pils, seit 13 Jahren i.d. Ordi) unfreundlich, feindselig und respektlos, als ich darauf versuchte hinzuweisen, dass sie im Falle einer Urlaubsvertretung od. Ersten Hilfe dazu verpflichtet sei; gerade bei Kindern! ... könnte ich, so gäbe es dafür Null Sterne!!! I needed a vacation replacement for my regular family doctor, went with my son (5y) to Ms. Dr. ..., or in truth to the office hours help - I got no further - was downright rejected: "No more patients would be admitted". To top it off, the lady (according to hp Elvira Pils, for 13 years in the Ordi) became unfriendly, hostile and disrespectful when I tried to point out that she was obliged to do so in the event of a holiday replacement or first aid; especially with children! ... if I could, there would be zero stars for it !!!

(von wegen Sprechstunde!?hat jetzt neue nette Damen!!) ist sehr kompetent und genau u.lieb! Kann diese Praxis nur empfehlen. Aber ACHTUNG hat neue Adresse im Südstadtzentrum 1/5/1.... horst I have been a patient in this ordination for many years, from Dr Heckentaler to Dr Doris Olejak. (because of consultation hours!? now has new nice ladies!) is very competent and accurate and loving! Can only recommend this practice. But ATTENTION has a new address in the south city center 1/5/1 .... horst

Die Arztpraxis ist absolut empfehlenswert! A very competent and nice doctor. The whole team is friendly and hard-working. I feel very well looked after every time I visit the doctor. The doctor's office is absolutely recommendable!

Ich hab gefragt ob ich kommen darf, woraufhin die Dame am Telefon sehr unfreundlich und schnippisch war , von wegen sie brauchen nicht kommen wir sind selbst Vertretungsärzte. Unfreundlich ! Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt ! Die Ärztin kann nichts dafür aber ihr Personal sehr wohl - wenn ich könnte MINUS 10 Sterne … Therefore, my family doctor has no representation, I called there. I asked if I could come, whereupon the lady on the phone was very rude and snippy Because they don't need to come, we are substitute doctors ourselves. Unfriendly! I've never seen anything like it! The doctor can't help it but her staff can - if I could MINUS 10 stars ...
