T	Tobias Obenland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war wieder gut im Posthotel. Endlich dürften wir wieder nach Serfaus ins Posthotel und im Vergleich zu 2020 und davor hat sich einiges verändert. Wohl gefühlt haben wir uns trotzdem. Vorab ist zu bemerken, dass wir in Woche 1/22 im Hotel waren und die Saison nach fast zwei Jahren Pause gerade erst begonnen hat. Pros: Die Qualität des Essens war top! Als ob man jeden Abend zum Sternekoch geht. Genial! Frühstücksbuffet war frisch und lecker Personal sehr freundlich Die Hotelausstattung war gut in Schuss und geöffnet (Pools, Saunen, Kinderbetreuung...). Hygienemaßnahmen wurden gut und stressfrei umgesetzt (Laien-Meinung!) Die Rezeption ist jetzt kinderfreundlicher mit Treppe zum raufsteigen. Cons: Viele kleine Details sind leider (noch) nicht oder nicht mehr auf dem Stand von 2020 und davor: Sauberkeit Zimmer und Restaurant, In der Lobby stand eine Woche lang ein völlig verdreckter E-Scooter direkt am Eingang, Fernseher in der Lobby stören abends, Keine morgendliche Begrüßungspost mehr auf dem Frühstückstisch (Bergwetter, Interessantes, Aktionsmöglichkeiten...), viel weniger Müslizutaten und generell weniger Abwechslung beim Frühstücksbuffet, Salatbuffet etwas liebloser und nicht mehr Themenbezogen (Antipasti mit Wurstsalat?), Kellner waren sehr in Eile, Sommelier gibt es nicht mehr, keine Erklärung mehr auf der Weinkarte, einige Zimmer inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen Fazit: Wir hatten wieder einen erholsamen Urlaub und haben die Zeit in der Post als große Familie genossen. Die vielen kleinen fehlenden Details kann man dieses Jahr noch gut verschmerzen, denn wir sind froh überhaupt in den Urlaub zu können. Ich hoffe das Posthotel wächst mit dem neuen Team wieder zu seinem alten Niveau oder sogar darüber hinaus. It was good again at the Posthotel. Finally we can go back to Serfaus to the Posthotel and compared to 2020 and before that a lot has changed. We still felt comfortable. First of all, it should be noted that we were in the hotel in week 1/22 and the season has only just begun after a break of almost two years. Pros: The quality of the food was great! As if you go to a star chef every evening. Brilliant! Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty staff very friendly The hotel facilities were in good shape and open (pools, saunas, childcare...). Hygiene measures were implemented well and stress-free (lay opinion!) Reception is now more child friendly with stairs to climb up. Cons: Unfortunately, many small details are not (yet) or no longer up to date from 2020 and before: cleanliness of the room and restaurant, a completely dirty e-scooter stood in the lobby for a week right at the entrance, televisions in the lobby were a nuisance in the evenings, none morning welcome post more on the breakfast table (mountain weather, interesting things, special offers...), much less muesli ingredients and generally less variety at the breakfast buffet, salad bar a bit lovelier and no longer themed (antipasti with sausage salad?), waiters were in a hurry, there was a sommelier no more, no more explanation on the wine list, some rooms are showing their age Conclusion: We had a relaxing holiday again and enjoyed the time at the post office as a big family. You can get over the many small missing details this year, because we are happy to be able to go on vacation at all. I hope the Posthotel grows back to its old level or even beyond with the new team.

R	Reto Keller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HOTEL: Clean and well organized hotel with very friendly staff! FOOD: The dinner was an experience, every evening. Ideal also for bikers to get some energy back. The wine selection is great. FACILITIES: A room for kids to play and the restaurant are very well arranged. The pool is perfect for kids <10 years. LOCATION: The hotel is very central and perfect located within Serfaus. The next metro station is very close.

There are two areas - one with pools and textile sauna; the other for sauna/steam bath and relaxing area. Very modern; the sauna part was very quiet. Both areas clean, great facilities. Will definitely come again.
