C	Christoph Blattner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situation: Mitarbeiter „Mario“ wird zum Kassieren gerufen, trägt keine FFP2 Maske sondern eine Alltagsmaske unter der Nase! Geht bis auf 30cm an eine Kundin in der Schlange ran um in seine Kassenbox zu kommen. Auf die Bitte der Kundin das er doch Abstand halten solle und eine korrekte Maske tragen solle ging es dann los: 1) wäre die falsche Maske sein Problem, 2) muss er ja in die Box und Kassieren und drittens soll Sie sich „jetzt schleichen“ da er „kein Bock auf diese Diskussion hat! Man muss auch sagen, dass die anderen beiden Kassiererinnen vorschriftsmäßig eine FFP2 Maske getragen haben und sich vorbildlich verhalten haben - auch wenn Sie in der Situation ein wenig „entschärfend“ hätten eingreifen sollen. Ich empfehle eine Schulung für den Mitarbeiter - so ein Verhalten finde ich als Kunde (auch wenn ich nicht direkt betroffen war) als ein absolutes NoGo! Wenn schon die Abstände nicht eingehalten werden (können) dann sollte JEDER im Interesse ALLER sich entsprechend verhalten - insbesondere die Mitarbeiter die für mich eine Vorbildfunktion im Laden haben. Sorry MPreis aber das geht gar nicht - auch wenn es hier die Glanzleistung eines einzelnen war! Situation: Employee "Mario" is called to the cashier, does not wear an FFP2 mask but an everyday mask under his nose! Goes up to a customer in the queue within 30cm to get into his cash box. At the request of the customer that he should keep his distance and wear a correct mask, it then started: 1) the wrong mask would be his problem, 2) he has to go into the box and check out and thirdly, you should "sneak up now" because he “doesn't feel like this discussion! It must also be said that the other two cashiers wore an FFP2 mask according to the regulations and behaved in an exemplary manner - even if you should have intervened a little "defusing" the situation. I recommend training for employees - as a customer, I find such behavior (even if I was not directly affected) to be an absolute no-go! If the distances are not (cannot) kept then EVERYONE should behave accordingly in the interest of EVERYONE - especially the employees who have a role model function in the store for me. Sorry MPreis but that doesn't work at all - even if it was a brilliant achievement from one person!
T	Tobias S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für einen schnellen Einkauf immer gut zu haben. Obwohl es ein nicht so grosser Laden ist, kann man dort fast alles erhalten. Always good to have for a quick purchase. Although it's not a big store, you can get almost anything there.
T	Tom Schlauch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samstags schließt der Laden 18 Uhr, das bedeutet: 17:30 Uhr keine Bedienung mehr an der Käse/Wurst-Theke. 17:50 wird größtenteils das Licht ausgeschaltet. Mitarbeiter recht unfreundlich. Ohne Maske wird einem gesagt, dass der Laden schließt. Wird wohl Billa das nächste Mal.... The shop closes at 6 p.m. on Saturdays, which means: 5:30 p.m. no more service at the cheese/sausage counter. 5:50 p.m. Most of the lights are switched off. Staff quite unfriendly. Without a mask you are told that the shop is closing. Will probably be Billa next time....
