Die ältere, unwirsch auftretende Dame, die mich bediente, leistete Dienst nach Vorschrift und war vollkommen unwillig, mir bei einem Sachverhalt zu helfen bzw. sich eine Alternative zu überlegen. Frei nach dem Motto: Entweder so oder gar nicht. Vielen Dank auch... Da gehe ich beim nächsten Mal lieber zu einem Post Partner. I don't feel sorry for anyone in this branch. The older, imperturbable lady who served me was doing the job and was completely unwilling to help me with a situation or to come up with an alternative. True to the motto: either like this or not at all. Thank you very much too ... I would rather go to a Post Partner next time.
S	Sabine “zweimalfesch” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe jetzt 30 Minuten gewartet in der Schlange!!!! 1 Dame am Schalter, 10 wartende Kunden. Sie hat die Ruhe weg (muss sie auch haben) aber die Schnellste ist sie nicht. Noch dazu nicht nur Post sondern auch Bankagenden zu erledigen. Mehrere Kunden gaben auf und gingen ohne Erledigung. Das geht so nicht. Ich mache fast alles online nur manches geht nur am Schalter. Nach mir warteten die Kunden schon bis auf die Straße und Gehsteig. Werte Geschäftsleitung ändern Sie was. Das ist ja ein Zustand sondergleichen. Der zweite Stern nur weil mir die Dame dort leid tut. I have now waited in line for 30 minutes !!!! 1 lady at the counter, 10 customers waiting. She has the calm away (must have it too) but she is not the fastest. In addition to doing not only post but also bank agendas. Several customers gave up and left without doing anything. That does not work like this. I do almost everything online, but some things can only be done at the counter. After me, the customers were already waiting on the street and sidewalk. Values management change something. That is an unparalleled condition. The second star only because I feel sorry for the lady there.

Die Dame unterhaltet sich ausgiebig mit dem Herrn über sein Anliegen obwohl hinter mir 5-6 Leute noch stehen.. Ich verstehe das beratung wichtig ist aber wenn so viele Leute hier sind, dann sollte man sich leicht beeilen können.. ansonsten sollte hier wenigstens noch eine zweite Person arbeiten.. Sie mag ja nett sein aber das geht doch nicht.. Als jemand in der Schlange fragte wie lang dies noch dauern wird, meinte die Dame nur mann solle noch geduld haben. Und dann fragt sie den Herrn fen sie bedient wie alt seine Kinder sind.. sowas versteh ich nicht I want to send a letter and a gentleman is standing in front of me. The lady talks extensively with the gentleman about his concern, although there are still 5-6 people behind me .. I understand that advice is important but when so many people are here, you should be able to hurry up easily .. otherwise at least here should be a second person is working .. She may be nice, but that's not possible .. When someone in the queue asked how long this would take, the lady said you should be patient. And then she asks the gentleman she serves, how old his children are .. I don't understand that
C	Christian Pirscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Kernkompetenz der Post war einmal der Transport (inkl. Zustellung) von Paketen. Das funktioniert überhaupt nicht mehr! Pandemie hin oder her. Die Leistung ist völlig inakzeptabel. Zahlt euren MitarbeiterInnen mehr, schult sie besser ein. Wir Kunden zahlen dafür ja auch One of Post's core competencies was once the transport (including delivery) of parcels. That doesn't work at all anymore! Pandemic or not. The performance is totally unacceptable. Pay your employees more, train them better. We customers pay for it too
