So einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Angestellten findet man v.a. bei der Post selten obwohl die in dieser Partnerfiliale richtig viel zu tun haben. Very competent and nice employee! You rarely find such a friendly and helpful employee, especially at the post office, even though they are really busy in this partner branch.

Überlege mir inzwischen 2x, ob ich etwas online bestellen soll - der Weg zu diesem Postpartner war bisher leider fast immer mit einer negativen Erfahrung verbunden. Den lokalen Handel freut's ;-) Friendliness and service orientation from my point of view can be expanded. Now think twice about whether I should order something online - the way to this post partner has almost always been a negative experience so far. Local trade is happy ;-)
