Ich sparte mir die Frage wozu. Mein Etikett musste erst ausgedruckt werden, auch dies ist scheinbar nicht erwünscht, aber dieser Service wird angebot. The young lady at counter nr 1 is very rude. As the only customer, I was roughly told that I had to take a ticket. I saved myself the question of why. My label had to be printed out first, this is apparently not wanted, but this service is offered.

W	Wangan Group on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich wöchentlich Pakete versende, kenne ich Preise und auch, worauf ich achten muss wenn ich sie aufgebe, so hatte ich nach meinem ersten Besuch die junge Dame am rechten ersten Schalter (seitlich), welcher ich ein Prio Päckchen S mit Sendungsnummer aufgab. (Kostet 2,75) Wollte sie glatt knapp 5 Euro von mir, meinte die Sendungsverfolgung sei was anderes als die Sendungsnummer. Blödsinn irgendwie, sieht man in die Tarife ist klar, dass die Sendungsverfolgung im Prio Päckchen S 2,75 kostet und die Sendungsnummer ist natürlich dann gegeben. Bei keiner anderen Post hatte ich da Schwierigkeiten, die junge Dame sollte ihre schlauen Sprüche für sich behalten. Gehe seither nur noch zu den Kollegen und Innen im hinteren Bereich - keine Probleme bei dem restllichen Personal. Since I send parcels weekly, I know the prices and what to look out for when I post them, so after my first visit I had the young lady at the first right counter (on the side), to whom I posted a Priority Parcel S with a tracking number. (Costs 2.75) If she wanted just under 5 euros from me, said the shipment tracking was something other than the shipment number. Nonsense somehow, you see in the tariffs it is clear that the shipment tracking in the priority parcel S 2.75 costs and the shipment number is of course given. I didn't have any problems with any other post, the young lady should keep her clever sayings to herself. Since then I only go to the colleagues and inside in the back area - no problems with the rest of the staff.

Der willhaben-Käufer hat diese Adresse angegeben. Und das Paket ist nie angekommen. Also da stimmt was nicht. Und die Post weiß von nichts und kann angeblich nichts machen. Eine Frechheit. Have sent from a post office in Vienna to this post office in Oberwart without shipment tracking - from post to post what should happen. The willhaben buyer has given this address. And the package never arrived. So there is something wrong. And the post office doesn't know anything and supposedly can't do anything. An impudence.
