M	Martina Fank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BH und BH-Mitarbeiter sind prinzipiell nicht erreichbar. Tagelange erfolglose Versuche, zumindest die Vermittlung telefonisch zu erreichen. Versuche seit 3 Wochen!!!, eine Auskunft zu erhalten. Kein Rückruf, keine Beantwortung von E-Mails. In der Privatwirtschaft könnte man mit solch einem Verhalten Konkurs anmelden. BH and BH employees are generally not available. Days of unsuccessful attempts to at least reach the operator by phone. I have been trying for 3 weeks !!! to get information. No callbacks, no answering e-mails. In the private sector, such behavior could file for bankruptcy.

Habe ganz schlechte Erfahrung mit Anmeldungsangelegenheit. Wer ist der Obersicht? I don't think anyone works there. Telephone is not used or is used very rarely. You don't get any correct information from the responsible authorities. Have had a very bad experience with the registration matter. Who is the supervisor?

Eigentlich bin ich ein sehr kulanter und geduldiger Mensch, aber mit den Mitarbeitern dieser Bezirkshauptmannschaft sind mir wortwörtlich ALLE Kabel geplatzt. Wo soll ich anfangen?! - null Auskunft über diverse Anliegen (auch bezüglich Corona) - mangelnde/s Bildungsniveau und Kenntnis über österreichweit geltende Gesetze, bezüglich Präventionsmaßnahmen - sehr kleines telefonisch Erreichbarkeitsfenster, da die Arbeitszeiten der Mitarbeiter offensichtlich nicht jener der Öffnungszeiten entsprechen Um es kurz zu fassen: Diese Bezirkshauptmannschaft ist ein WITZ! I am shocked!!! Actually, I'm a very accommodating and patient person, but with the employees of this district authority, ALL my cables literally burst. Where should I start?! - No information about various concerns (also regarding Corona) - insufficient level of education and knowledge of laws applicable throughout Austria regarding preventive measures - Very small window of availability by telephone, since the working hours of the employees obviously do not correspond to those of the opening hours To put it briefly: This district authority is a JOKE!

Habe an einem Tag wirklich 8 mal angerufen niemand hin ab jedesmal diese Mailbox. Und ich war schonmal persönlich dort und am Eingang bei der Rezeption herrscht komplette INKOMPETENZ in Sachen Menschen. Never available when you need something. And general incompetence among some employees there. I really called 8 times in one day, nobody left this mailbox every time. And I've been there personally and at the entrance at the reception there is complete INCOMPETENCE when it comes to people.

Wurde dann vor Ort vorstellig, dort wurde mir gesagt ohne Termin geht nicht, denn gibt´s aber nur telefonisch. Wahnsinn wie unkooperativ und unfreundlich man auf einer Behörde verfährt. Ich wollte da ich berufsbedingt auch nicht jederzeit Zeit habe Unterlagen zur Ausstellung eines Ausweises dort lassen da bekommt man als Antwort "soll i Ihnen die Finger abschneiden" (wegen Fingerabdrücken). Den Vergleich zu einer Firma in der Privatwirtschaft möchte ich gar nicht ziehen, jeder weiß was damit gemeint ist. Dies ist nur mein persönliches Erlebnis! I have been waiting for an answer to an e-mail for 2 months, nobody can be reached by phone for days. M	Maria Ismailov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNVERSCHÄMTHEIT. Ich wurde 1000 mal weitergeleitet und am Ende wurde erst recht aufgelegt. Da ich Corona Positiv bin wurde mir gesagt die Bh würde sich bei mir melden, tun sie aber 2 Tage nicht. Dann melde ich mich und sie lehnen mich die ganze Zeit ab. Ich wünschte ich könnte 0 Sterne geben. Jetzt werde ich gleich 2 Masken auf einmal tragen und 4m Abstand halten, damit ich mich ja nicht anstecken, UM NICHT NOCHMAL DURCH DIESEN ZIRKUS LAUFEN ZU MÜSSEN!!!!!! INsolence. I was forwarded 1000 times and finally they hung up. Since I'm corona positive, I was told the bra would contact me, but they don't for 2 days. Then I reach out and they reject me all the time. I wish I could give 0 stars. Now I'm going to wear 2 masks at once and keep a distance of 4m so I don't get infected so I don't have to RUN THROUGH THIS CIRCUS AGAIN!!!!!!
