N	Not Available on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich behandle das Personal immer sehr freundlich und bekomme das auch zurück. Man kann nicht verschweigen, dass die Wartezeiten oft recht lange sind, aber das Personal ist auch unterbesetzt. Man tut sich leicht, bei den MitarbeiterInnen vor Ort die alleine Schuld zu suchen, aber so einfach ist das nicht. Meine größte Kritik gilt manchen einzelnen Mitarbeiterinnen, die doch häufiger den falschen Tarif berechnen (den teureren). Ich empfehle allen, sich vorher im Internet über die geltenden Preise zu informieren, bevor man etwas am Schalter abgibt. Die Stoßzeiten sind ja eigentlich bekannt. Ich verstehe nicht ganz, warum das Personal nicht gezielter entlastet wird. So sorgt das nur für Frust auf beiden Seiten. I always treat the staff very friendly and I get that back. It cannot be denied that the waiting times are often quite long, but the staff is also understaffed. It is easy to find the sole fault with the employees on site, but it is not that simple. My biggest criticism is directed at some of the individual employees who often charge the wrong rate (the more expensive one). I recommend everyone to find out about the current prices on the Internet before handing something in at the counter. The peak times are actually known. I don't quite understand why the workforce is not being relieved in a more targeted manner. So it only creates frustration on both sides.

Kunden sind immer in Schlange angestellt weil immer nur 1 Postangestellter dienst hat. Die Post spart am falschen Platz!! Mich wundert es nicht das die Kunden dann auf Hermes, Dpd oder DHL ausweichen. This post is far from great. Staff are rude and disgusted. Customers are always in line because only 1 postal worker is on duty. Swiss Post saves in the wrong place! I am not surprised that customers switch to Hermes, Dpd or DHL.

Damit konnte sich Döbling rasch zur SCHLECHTEST bewerteten Post Filiale Österreichs hoch arbeiten. Jedoch war die Wartezeit bisher unter fünfzehn Minuten. Trotz meiner Beschwerden an den Vorstand der Post wurde mir bestätigt, dass hier das Personal UNKÜNDBAR ist. Der staatliche Versorgungs Auftrag der Post kann hier leider nur im Rahmen der Spielregeln dieser lokalen Resistance durchgeführt werden. Es ist praktisch eine abgeschlossene KLEINE PRIVATE WELT in der der Ostblock eine ungebrochene Wiedergeburt erlebt. Deswegen werden die Google Bewertungen regelmäßig vom Post Marketing gelöscht. Zur Zeit haben sie 63 Bewertungen mit Schnitt 1.8. Am Foto sehen sie nur 6 Personen. Die anderen 7 warten im Innenraum. 13 people in queue. The Eastern Bloc is back. I have seen the branch manager several times as a shining example of unfriendly customers. This enabled Döbling to quickly work its way up to the SCHLECHTEST rated Austrian Post branch. However, the waiting time has so far been less than fifteen minutes. Despite my complaints to the board of directors of the Post, I was confirmed that the staff here is NON-DISCLAIMER. The state supply mandate of the post can unfortunately only be carried out within the framework of the rules of the game of this local resistance. It is practically a closed LITTLE PRIVATE WORLD in which the Eastern Bloc is experiencing an unbroken rebirth. That is why the Google reviews are regularly deleted by Post Marketing. They currently have 63 ratings with an average of 1.8. In the photo you can only see 6 people. The other 7 are waiting in the interior.

E	Edward Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, passive aggressive and unhelpful service from Frau Fischer, the lady with blond curly hair who works at this Post Office. Other staff friendly and helpful. If your German is not 100% she has no time for you. I've seen how she deals with other non native speakers and I'm amazed at how she feels that her behaviour is acceptable. The worst kind of advertisement for the Austrian Post. Please send her on a customer service course.
S	Scott L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the old blonde lady who offered me a so nice service,if u don’t know what a dead face looks like and u wanna feel the atmosphere in world war 2,this post would definitely be a good place to visit. Hope next time they still put my package in this post ? Tips: if u can’t speak German then pls don’t try to speak English and just shut up ,cuz it makes no difference to that zombie.
