H	Heinrich Solegger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wahnsinnig unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, leider wird man in Österreich von gewissen Services der Post zwangsbeglückt und kann leider nicht ausweichen. Anders kann ich mir die extrem schlechten Rezensionen aller Wiener Postfiliale nicht erklären. Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall - bitte nur dann nicht die Ahnungslosen spielen, die Kunden haben euch mehr als ausführlich über eure Missstände informiert. Mad unfriendly staff, unfortunately one is forced happy in Austria of certain services of the post and can not escape. M	Mario Ja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute große Filiale. Es sind immer viele Kunden dort, aber dafür kann die Filiale ja nichts. Selbstabholung und Selbstversandautomat vorhanden. Top Filiale, höfliche MitarbeiterInnen. Good big branch. There are always a lot of customers there, but the branch can't do anything about that. Pick-up and self-delivery machine available. Top branch, polite staff.
I	Iris Kunrath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit jedesmal sehr zufrieden mit der persönlichen Betreuung. Hatte meist nur mit Herren zu tun, die allesamt extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Es ist eine große Filiale, wo naturgemäß auch viele Leute in den Stoßzeiten sind. Man kann.. Leider nur in der Filiale drin.. Pakete verpacken. Dazu steht Klebeband und Papier zur Verfügung. In der auch sehr großen SB Zone würde zwar ein Platz vorhanden sein, aber das Material wird bewusst nicht raus gehe gegeben. Angeblich, weil es immer weg kommt. Das ist schade, denn so kann man Pakete nur während der Öffnungszeiten fertig machen. In der SB Zone gibt es zahlreiche Kästen zur Abholung und auch ein SB Aufgabe Terminal. Am Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude ist auch meistens ein Plätzchen verfügbar. I am very satisfied with the personal support every time. You can .. unfortunately only in the branch .. pack parcels. Tape and paper are available for this. There would be space in the very large self-service zone, but the material is deliberately not given out. Supposedly because it always comes away. That's a shame, because you can only get parcels ready during opening hours. In the self-service zone there are numerous boxes for collection and a self-service terminal. There is usually a space available at the parking lot in front of the building.
B	Berni T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin zufrieden mit der Filiale. Die Angestellten haben einen sehr hohen Arbeitsaufwand. Bis jetzt hat alles immer geklappt. I am satisfied with the branch. The employees have a very high workload. So far everything has always worked out.

Friendly + competent... there's nothing to complain about.... sometimes it's full... but that depends on the date... then it's full EVERYWHERE.... so you're very well served with this branch!

Leider geht immer nur drucken in Schwarz-Weiß (für mich zwar kein Problem, aber es könnte für andere störend sein) Always love going here. Used post web printing here regularly when I didn't have a printer at home. Unfortunately, you can only print in black and white (not a problem for me, but it could be annoying for others)

Jetzt steht in der Sendungsverfolgung das ich nicht aufzufinden war da ich nicht mehr da wohne!Obwohl deutlich die Adresse am Paket stand! Ich wohne sehr wohl noch immer dort! Nicht einmal der Versuch das Paket zuzustellen, da ist jeder andere paketdienst besser, leider. Parcel carrier with me is under all sow! Was at home all day waiting! Now the shipment tracking says that I couldn't be found because I don't live there anymore! Although the address was clearly on the package! I do still live there! Not even trying to deliver the package, any other parcel service is better, unfortunately.

Angeblich seinen die Sendungen nicht "Maschinenfähig". Überall anders sind sie es? Nur in der Bahnsteggasse nicht? Dazu noch ein unfreundlicher und belehrender Hanswurst hinter der Theke. Diesen Hrn. S. werde ich noch extra melden. Solche Frechheiten wie der sie mir zukommen lies, das geht einfach nicht. Dieser Mensch ist völlig fehl am Platze. I've been doing the same shows for 3 years.
