M	Martin Hauzenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal davon abgesehen dass die Zustellervertretungen unter aller Würde sind und nicht im Stande sind zu klingeln, sind die Mitarbeiter dieser Filliale die Krönung. Kundenservice scheint anscheinend keinen Wert mehr für die Post zu haben. Und nein das war kein Einzelfall, nur mein letzter Besuch brachte das Fass zum Überlaufen. Apart from the fact that the delivery representatives are below all dignity and are not able to ring the bell, the employees of this branch are the crowning glory. Customer service apparently no longer seems to have any value for the Post. And no, that wasn't an isolated incident, only my last visit broke the barrel.

s	sabinski82 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Angestellten haben das Tempo der Faultiere aus Zoomania, sind nur nicht ganz so freundlich. Gnädigerweise wird man nach einiger Zeit doch bedient und grundsätzlich wird das Packerl höherpreisig berechnet - tja, was soll man machen, wenn das Paket um 2mm die vorgeschriebene Größe überschreitet. Ist aber nach Mitarbeiter und Tageslaune variabel. Dasselbe Paket kostet an einem Tag ca 9 Euro (Rücksendung nach Deutschland), am nächsten Tag reicht ein Stempel. Ich bin immer froh, wenn ich überhaupt freundlich begrüßt werde und die Mitarbeiterin nicht gleich noch was anderes zu erledigen hat, wenn ich am Tresen stehe...da wird man erstmal ignoriert und stehen gelassen, auch wenn man die einzige Kundin im Raum ist. Der Ton besonders einer Mitarbeiterin lässt zu wünschen übrig. Man kommt sich vor wie ein Bittsteller und nicht wie ein Kunde... The staff are at the pace of the sloths from Zoomania, just aren't quite as friendly. Mercifully you will be served after a while and basically the package will be charged at a higher price - well, what should you do if the package exceeds the prescribed size by 2mm. But is variable according to employees and mood. The same package costs around 9 euros one day (return to Germany), the next day a stamp is enough. I am always happy when I am greeted in a friendly way and the employee doesn't have anything else to do when I'm at the counter ... you are ignored and left standing, even if you are the only customer in the room. The tone, especially of an employee, leaves something to be desired. You feel like a supplicant and not like a customer ...
D	David Stockinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, nicht hilfsbereit, das absolut letzte. Ich würde mir lieber mein Paket aus Deutschland abholen, als noch einmal zur Post zu gehen. Rude, unhelpful, the absolute last. I would rather pick up my package from Germany than to go to the post office again.
I	Irnes Kurtovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So eine Frechheit ❗️❗️ Normal hätt ich nicht mal Zeit und Bock für eine Beschwerde aber bei sowas sollte es jeder erfahren. Einmal reicht ein Stempel für den Brief und einmal musste ich für den selben Brief an die selbe Adresse mit dem gleichen Inhalt 10€ Zahlen ?? Die Mitarbeiterin konnte mir das selber nicht beantworten. Bodenlose Frechheit von den Mitarbeiterin sowie von der Post selber. Bevor man bei der Beschwerde-Hotline dran kommt kann man mal ruhig einkaufen gehen.. nie wieder Such a cheek ❗️❗️ Normally I wouldn’t even have time and feel like a complaint, but everyone should know about something like that. One stamp is enough for the letter and once I had to pay 10 € for the same letter to the same address with the same content ?? The employee couldn't answer that myself. Bottomless cheek from the employee and from the post itself. Before you get to the complaint hotline, you can go shopping ... never again

B	Bettina Rothböck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren in der Vorweihnachtszeit zweimal dort und beide Male hatten wir die jüngere Dame als Ansprechpartnerin. Trotz dem sie beim ersten Mal alleine war und eine lange Schlange war, hat sie sich Zeit genommen und sich um unser Anliegen gekümmert und war sehr bemüht. Auch beim zweiten Mal war der Service von ihr ausgezeichnet. We were there twice in the run-up to Christmas and both times we had the younger lady as a contact. Despite the fact that she was alone the first time and there was a long queue, she took her time and took care of our concerns and tried very hard. Also the second time the service from her was excellent.
