Lagernde Sendungen werden nicht gefunden unklar ob Sendung überhaupt eingegangen ist Es wird versucht den Kunden erst mal "abzuwimmeln" unfreundliche Bedienung die Post sollte hier mal eine Überprüfung durchführen Ich werde nie wieder einen Schritt in diese Filiale setzen! Natürlich, ich gehe nicht eine Minute vor dem Zusperren rein und beschwere mich hinterher. Das gebietet der gute Ton und Anstand! Ich habe wahrscheinlich schon hunderte Pakete hier abgeholt und Dutzende versandt, alles immer ohne Probleme. Die Trafik ist gut geführt, der Chef und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, bemüht und kompetent. Even I can not understand the bad reviews. Sagt ein Mitarbeiter "Entschuldigung, am Montag wieder kommen. Wir haben schon geschlossen." Einen Brief auszuhändigen dauert genau 45 Sekunden. Also das Grenzt schon an einer Frechheit, unglaublich. Schade wenn man auf solche Menschen angewiesen ist wenn man zu seinem Paket will. It seems that the managing director is so dissatisfied or bored with himself and his life that he prefers to bully customers instead of simply serving them. It's a shame if you have to rely on such people when you want to get your package.

Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten schnell und schaffen es trotz manch schwieriger Kundschaft auch in stressigen Zeiten, freundlich zu bleiben. Wenn ein Postzusteller mal ein Paket an einen nicht näher definierten Ort bringt (Abholstation? Post-Partner? andere Postfiliale? Schmeck's!), hilft man mir auch schon mal beim Auskundschaften der Sendung. Dass der Asterix immer am Erscheinungstag da ist, freut mich auch. Und dass am Postschalter keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist, ist übrigens nicht die Schuld des Geschäftsinhabers. I cannot overestimate the value of the tobacco shop as a postal partner.
