L	Lukas SagiNet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein so großes Unternehmen und kommen mit dem Internet einfach nicht klar. Ist es so schwer die richtigen Öffnungszeiten nachzutragen? Außerdem habe ich eine Benachrichtigung erhalten, dass ich mein Paket aus der Abholstation holen kann nur war kein Code dabei. Anruf beim Kundenservice "sie leitet den Fehler weiter und kann nichts weiter für mich machen". Sie sieht ja sogar das mein Paket bei der Abholstation liegt und so steh ich nun knapp vor meinem Paket und komm nicht dazu. Auch keine Entschuldigung lässt sich von dort hören. Post wirbt mit neuen online Services, sind aber mit der Technik überfordert, schade dass man so auf die Post angewiesen ist... Such a big company and just don't get along with the internet. Is it so difficult to add the correct opening times? I also received a notification that I can get my parcel from the pick-up station, but there was no code. Call customer service "she will forward the error and cannot do anything for me". She even sees that my parcel is at the pick-up station and so I am now just in front of my parcel and cannot get to it. No excuse can be heard from there either. Swiss Post advertises with new online services, but is overwhelmed with the technology, too bad that it relies on Swiss Post ...

Eine sehr unfreundliche Dame mit schwarzen Haaren hat uns kurz vor Schluss bedient... Ich wollte mein parket abholen... So wie es oben steht... Abholbereit um 16.30... Waren so um 16.40 dort...haben wir die Antwort bekommen.... Ja nein das ist nicht da... ? Das kommt erst morgen ?... Sehr interessant... Wo befindet sich jetzt mein parket??? Die ganze Nacht im Auto irgendwo?? I think it's a shame ... That the customer friendliness leaves a lot to be desired ... A very unfriendly lady with black hair served us shortly before the end ... I wanted to pick up my parking ... As it says above ... Ready for pickup at 4.30 p.m. Were there at 16.40 ... we got the answer .... Yes no that's not there ... ? It won't come until tomorrow ? ... Very interesting ... Where is my parking lot now ??? All night in the car somewhere ??

Es kann wohl nicht sein das am nach 2 Tagen wo das Postamt geschlossen ist, dieser ausser Betrieb ist.(Fehler Drucker 3) If the post office is closed over the holidays, the self-service machine should be stocked beforehand ... It cannot be that after 2 days when the post office is closed, it is out of order (error printer 3)

Er hatte Sie Zeit genommen auch zu Postfach zu gehen und meinen Pakete rauszuholen ,was nicht selbstverständlich ist . Herzliche Danke dafür . Nadja P.
