Finde sowas nicht professionell oder in Ordnung.
Wanted to deliver a letter quickly at 12:01 (was at 11:58 in the branch, but it was still a lady in front of me), I still apologized that I'm so late to it, then I was mocked, she had no Time and have an appointment, then I took my letter again and am against.
