H	Honest Guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr geehrtes Post-Team! Ich habe durchaus Verständnis für den zeitlichen Druck unter dem ein Postbote ab und zu steht, aber jetzt ist es auch mal genug. Es handelt sich um die Angewohnheit nicht zu klingeln (obwohl den ganzen Tag jemand zuhause ist und die Person weiß, dass ein Paket eintreffen wird) und das besagte Paket einfach vor die Haustüre zu legen. Der Postbote ist nicht einmal im Stande das Paket vor Ort zu scannen und somit die wartende Person via E-Mail über die Lieferung zu informieren. Laut meiner Sendeverfolgung ist das Paket derzeit (Stand Donnerstag 18:49) immer noch in Zustellung........obwohl das 350€ teure iPhone schon am Nachmittag zur freien Entnahme vor der Tür lag. Zu meinem Glück habe ich aufmerksame Verwandte, die mir das Paket dann rechtzeitig hereinholen oder mich darauf aufmerksam machen. Dieses Szenario ist leider schon sehr oft vorgekommen, aber bei Playmobil, Kleidung etc. nicht so schlimm bzw. teuer bei Diebstahl. Mit bitte um Kenntnisnahme! Dear Post team! I understand the time pressure a postman is under from time to time, but now it's enough. It is a habit of not ringing the doorbell (even though someone is at home all day and the person knows that a package will arrive) and simply to put the said package in front of the front door. The postman is not even able to scan the parcel on site and thus inform the waiting person about the delivery via email. According to my shipment tracking, the package is currently (as of Thursday 18:49) still in delivery ........ although the € 350 iPhone was already in front of the door in the afternoon for free removal. Fortunately for me, I have attentive relatives who then collect the parcel for me in good time or draw my attention to it. Unfortunately, this scenario has happened very often, but with Playmobil, clothing etc. it is not so bad or expensive in the case of theft. Please take note!

D	Djessi Boyanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedes paket einfach vor der Tür gelassen, dadurch 2x geklaut obwohl ich extra zuhause blieb um es entgegen zu nehmen, nicht mal geklingelt wurde, zu dem wurden meine Briefe in den falschen Briefkasten geworfen und das nicht zum ersten mal, sehr Respektlos!!! Ganz ehrlich eine frechheit!!!!! Each package was simply left in front of the door, stolen twice even though I stayed at home to take it, didn't even ring the bell, and my letters were thrown into the wrong mailbox and not for the first time, very disrespectful! Honestly, a cheek !!!!!
