zwei punkte - weil diese filiale ein WENIG näher ist, als die hauptfiliale.
was there three times - each time the (different) employee was not particularly friendly or even helpful. seemed overwhelmed and incompetent. urgently needs to change the delivery branch.
two points - because this branch is LITTLE closer than the main branch.
