Nov.: Sendung lag zum Abholen, bereit, aber die Dame war zu faul um sie zu suchen, sie schickte den Kunden wieder zurück nach Bratislava, obwohl die Sendung seit gestern dort ist! In der Endlosschleife des Telefons wird man bei der Post von Pontius zu Pilatus geschickt.
Very unprofessional and unfriendly service on Friday, Nov. 25: shipment was ready to pick up, ready, but the lady was too lazy to look for her, she sent the customer back to Bratislava, although the shipment has been there since yesterday! In the endless loop of the phone one is sent by post from Pontius to Pilatus.
