NICHT ANGEKOMMEN!!! Wundert euch nicht, wenn Leute auf andere Anbieter umsteigen... Ich habe extra die teureren Dienstleistungen bezahlt, damit die Sachen auch schneller ankommen. Danke für nichts! 2 shipments sent. 1) more than 2 weeks ago a package to Bulgaria NOT ARRIVED !!! 2) 11 days ago an envelope with documents to Germany .... NOT ARRIVED !!! Don't be surprised if people switch to other providers ... I paid extra for the more expensive services so that things arrive faster. Thanks for nothing!

We were enthusiastic about this friendly, patient, extremely competent advice, that's how customer service should be Walter Hülsner
W	WALLDORF ELECTRON_CO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, this is a great post office. This office is in a border town so they do get some business from over the river in Bratislava, Slovakia. I come here because they are more polite, rates are cheaper, and every transaction for sending you get a clear printed receipt with the parcel or letter number on it. In Slovakia they just write it down (however clear the clerk's handwriting may be). If I want to send things home to the US this is the place to do it. Cheaper rates and professional service. Only 4 stars though as one or two of the clerks always give dirty looks. Maybe they resent people coming from Slovakia to use their post? I don't know. It's a shame. Otherwise, great service and you can count on your package getting where you send it. Also for packages sent within the EU you can use an automated parcel system and avoid waiting in line. The Austrians run a very professional post office. Clean and professional and bilingual. Cheers.
