R	Raphael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich weiss nicht wie das bei anderen Postfilialen in Österreich ist (bin erst seit kurzem in Österreich), aber diese hier ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Man bekommt sinnlos teuere Tarife angeboten und die Mitarbeiter zeigen keine Einsicht und Freundliche Auskunft kann man auch nicht erwarten. Deshalb gehe ich zu den Automaten im Eingangsbereich. Wenn diese Menschen irgendwann dann durch diese Maschinen ersetzt werden, sollte sie das nicht wundern. I do not know how it is with other post offices in Austria (I have only recently been in Austria), but this one should be used with caution. You get senselessly expensive tariffs offered and the employees show no insight and friendly information can not be expected. That's why I go to the machines in the entrance area. If at some point these people are replaced by these machines, then you shouldn't be surprised.
E	Elena Köppl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einige Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich, nicht alle, aber besonders die jüngste Mitarbeiterin. Wenn man etwas nachfragen möchte, da sie schon mal etwas falsch berechnet hat, dann werden die Augen verdreht und richtig genervt und patzig zurück geantwortet! Von einem Dienstleistungsbetrieb erwarte ich mehr Freundlichkeit. Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag, aber leider war es nicht das erste Mal. Nachtrag: Es ist damit nur die Postfiliale gemeint, nicht die Bawag. Bawag würde 5 Sterne bekommen. Some staff very rude, not all, but especially the youngest employee. J	Julia Forsthuber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte heute ein V Paket zurück senden. Leider konnte der Strichcode nicht gelesen werden und ich meldet mich am Schalter das es nicht funktioniere. Ich wurde nur von den Mitarbeitern sehr unfreundlich, frech und laut abgewiesen, da sie sicher nicht da sind mit jedem das durchzuführen und sie keine Zeit hätten. Es war nur noch 1 weiterer Kunde anwesend. Das nennt man Kundenservice- Frechheit! Wanted to send back a V package today. Unfortunately, the barcode could not be read and I reported to the switch that it does not work. I was only rejected by the staff very rude, cheeky and loud, as they are certainly not there with everyone to do that and they would not have time. There was only 1 other customer present. This is called customer service impudence!
B	Bernhard Frosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer teurer als in anderen Filialen. Versand einer DVD kostet in Liezen 4,20 Euro, in anderen Filialen 2,70 Euro. Bei Hermes versende ich ein S-Paket um 3,80 Euro! Frechheit. Dazu kommt die unfreundliche Art der Mitarbeiter - vor allem, wenn man sie darauf anspricht, dass es woanders günstiger ist. Always more expensive than in other stores. Shipping a DVD costs 4,20 Euro in Liezen, in other stores 2,70 Euro. At Hermes I ship a S-Package for 3.80 euros! Impudence. Add to that the unfriendly nature of the staff - especially if you ask them that it is cheaper elsewhere.

Die Post ist definitionsgemäß ein Service Unternehmen., was sich offenbar auch nach hunderten Jahren noch nicht bis Liezen herumgesprochen hat. 2 Stunden Mittagspause!!! Und um 17.30 h ist wieder zu. Samstags? Fehlanzeige! Man steht und wartet, nur 1 Mitarbeiter. Nachdem dann nach langen Wartezeiten die Schlange abgearbeitet ist, tauchen plötzlich 2-3 weitere Mitarbeiter auf. Die dann ihre Privatunterhaltung von Kunden ungestört fortsetzen können. Ganz dreist beim Päckchen oder Paketaufgeben: da verweist doch die Mitarbeiterin frech auf den Automat im Vorraum!! The opening hours are simply outrageous. By definition, Swiss Post is a service company, which apparently has not spread to Liezen even after hundreds of years. 2 hours lunch break !!! And at 17.30 h is back to. Saturdays? Wrong! You stand and wait, only 1 employee. After the queue has been worked off after long waiting times, 2-3 more employees suddenly appear. The then their private entertainment of customers can continue undisturbed. Very brazen at the package or package abandonment: but the employee refers cheeky to the vending machine in the vestibule!

Der ältere Herr dort am Schalter wollte mich nicht bedienen, weil ich keine Maske trug, obwohl ich ärztlich wegen Asthma befreit bin und ein Attest habe! Der Brief, den ich dort aufgab, kam nie am Zielort an! Had to go through a humiliating experience in this post office. The elderly gentleman over there at the counter didn't want to serve me because I wasn't wearing a mask, although I am medically exempt from asthma and have a certificate! The letter I posted there never arrived at its destination!

Ja, die Öffnungszeiten sind relativ sporadisch, doch wenn man nur ein vorfrankiertes Paket zurückschicken oder ein Paket in der SB-Zone abholen möchte, geht dies rund um die Uhr. Auch bei den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern habe ich bisher keine schlechten Erfahrungen gemacht. Einen Punkt werde ich dennoch abziehen, da die Öffnungszeiten gerade für Berufstätige schwierig sind - viele Postfilialen öffnen mittlerweile auch am Freitag (zumindest halbtags). Hier könnte man definitiv noch nachbessern. In contrast to the other commentators, I have had quite good experiences so far. Yes, the opening times are relatively sporadic, but if you just want to return a prepaid parcel or pick up a parcel in the self-service zone, you can do this around the clock. I haven't had any bad experiences with the employees either. I will still deduct one point, because the opening times are difficult, especially for working people - many post offices now also open on Fridays (at least half a day). There is definitely room for improvement here.
