Customer service at the counter friendly and courteous, self-service zone offers 24h all possibilities whether sending or receiving broadcasts. Unfortunately, one has the impression that the branch is understaffed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service ist naja, wenn man ein Kuvert braucht geht man besser in die Trafik,da muss ich mir nicht 20 davon kaufen,weiters wollte ich meine Werbung abstellen,keine Werbung mehr aber mir wurde gesagt dafür muss ich extra bezahlen!!!Gehts noch?!!!
Service is well, if you need an envelope you better go to the tobacconist's shop, I don't have to buy 20 of them, I also wanted to turn off my advertising, no more advertising but I was told I have to pay extra for it !!! !!!
