D	Didi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Bewertung gilt ausschließlich dem Abholprozedere bei der Abholstation: Am gelben Abholschein steht, dass man das Paket Mo-So 00-24 Uhr abholen kann und man dazu den Abholschein mit dem darauf angedruckten Strichcode benötigt. Macht man das außerhalb der regulären Post Öffnungszeiten sind natürlich die Türen verschlossen, welche sich aber NICHT mit dem Strichcode vom Abholschein öffnen lassen. Man benötigt dazu eine Bankomatkarte. Das Terminal ist weiters nicht NFC tauglich...womit ein Öffnen alternativ mit dem Handy möglich wäre. Man braucht also zwingend eine physische Bankomatkarte. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass dieser wichtige Hinweis auf den gelben Abholschein ergänzt wird. Schließlich sollte man meiner Meinung nach wissen, was man alles braucht um sein Paket abholen zu können. The evaluation applies exclusively to the pick-up procedure at the pick-up station: The yellow pick-up slip says that you can pick up the parcel Mon-Sun midnight and you need the pick-up slip with the barcode printed on it. If you do this outside of the regular post office opening times, the doors are of course locked, but you CANNOT open them with the barcode on the pick-up slip. You need an ATM card for this. The terminal is also not NFC-compatible ... which would also allow opening with a mobile phone. So you absolutely need a physical ATM card. I would like this important note to be added to the yellow collection slip. After all, in my opinion, you should know what you need to be able to pick up your package.
