Versuche die Post zu meiden wo es nur geht! Arrogant, unfriendly and absolutely unhelpful gentleman, who is probably just waiting for the pension ... You could get annoyed every time ... Try to avoid the post office wherever possible!
s	sharkgirl 111 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe diesen freitag ein ems packet auggegeben und dieses auch bezahlt so das es am nächsten tag am ziel sein sollte und meine mutter bekam das paket nicht rechzeitig zu mutterteg ein frechheit sowas. Da fahre ich lieber nach graz das peket aufgeben. I gave an ems packet this friday and paid for it so that it should be the next day and my mother didn't get the package in time for mother cheek a cheeky thing. I prefer to go to graz to give up the peket.

r	rwlrwl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider muss ich mich bei dieser Postfiliale meinen Vorrednern anschließen. Sehr inkompetente und vor allem faule Mitarbeiter. Ich wollte ein Paket abholen obwohl zur gleichen Zeit alle Computersysteme ausgefallen waren. Wie gemein von mir! Das Paket wurde nicht gesucht obwohl ich der einzige Kunde war und der Angestellte laut eigener Aussage ohne Netzwerk nichts zu arbeiten hatte - weil man es ja ohne Computerunterstützung nicht finden kann. Dass es sich um den letzten möglichen Abholtag handelte, war dem nicht so netten Postler auch egal. Ein weiteres Mal wollte ich einen Behördenbrief für meine Frau abholen, weil sie dafür ja eine Postvollmacht online abgeschlossen hatte. Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich die Postvollmacht mitführen müsse. Also muss man obwohl darauf bei der Bestellung nicht hingewiesen wird irgendetwas ausdrucken um das dann vorzuweisen. Ich habe mich aber geweigert die Filiale in Feldkirchen bei Graz zu verlassen bis mir der Brief ausgehändigt wurde. Auf einmal konnte man die Vollmacht auch im System abrufen?!?! Mittlerweile versuche ich alle meine Posttätigkeiten in Premstätten abzuwickeln, weil die Mitarbeiter sich dort um die Kunden kümmern. Meanwhile, I try to handle all my mailing activities in Premstätten, because the employees there take care of the customers.

Nachdem bei mehrmaligen Versuchen der Automat das Paket nicht angenommen hat, wurden mir ein Paket aus der Hand genommen mit den Worten "Wennst des net zam bringst mach i des später alleine". Namensschild wird wahrscheinlich aus Angst vor Beschwerden nicht getragen. Das Ganze wird auch net ganz den Postgesetzen entsprechen. Hab die Pakete wieder mitgenommen, da mir logischerweise keine Bestätigung ausgestellt wurde. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Weder bei einem Amt noch bei einer Firma! Wahrscheinlich gefrustete Mitarbeiter, dafür kann ich aber nichts! In this branch you were addressed several times with you. Es kann nicht sein , wenn mann ein Produkt dort kauft (Kopfhörer) und die fallen nach 8 Tagen auseinander das der Mitarbeiter sagt mann soll es mit Kleber zusammenkleben . Unvorstellbar !!!!!! Außerdem ist der Mitarbeiter sehr langsam beim Arbeiten und mit neuen Umgangsfirmen nicht sehr vertraut . Post staff unfortunately not very friendly and not competent. Ein funktionierender Paketaufgabeautomat wäre mir lieber als dieses High-Speed Postamt Don't be surprised why all post offices are closed.
