Die Mitarbeiter hinter dem Schalter verrechnen einem sogar nach der Bitte für den günstigsten Tarif ganz selbstbewußt einfach mehr ( kürzere Laufzeiten, Sendungsverfolgung..). Als ich den Mitarbeiter fragte warum es heute wieder einmal mehr kostet, belehrte er mich das ich ja gesagt habe Paket und nicht Päckchen???... um den günstigsten EcoTarif hätte ich eigentlich gebeten. Attention, please inform in advance exactly what the parcel shipping costs (post tariff calculator). The staff behind the counter will confidently charge you more even after requesting the cheapest tariff (shorter transit times, shipment tracking ..). When I asked the employee why it costs more again today, he instructed me that I said yes package and not package ??? ... I would have actually asked for the cheapest EcoTarif.
R	Richard Schacherl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal, und fast jede Woche sind Briefe von Nachbarn oder von anderen Gemeinden mit der gleichen Hausnummer in meinen Postkasten, so schlimm wie 2020 wars noch nie.... Zu Gunsten der Aktionäre hat sich die Post zu Tode gespart, und kann sich halt kein kompetentes Personal mehr leisten.... Very unfriendly staff, and almost every week letters from neighbors or from other communities with the same house number are in my mailbox, it was never as bad as 2020 ... In favor of the shareholders, the Post has saved itself to death and can no longer afford competent staff ....

Heute ist der 15.7!!!! und nach einem Telefonat mit der passbehörde in Salzburg sind die Anträge NOCH IMMER NICHT da! Wow, was für eine Glanzleistung! Das man 2 Wochen für die Zustellung für solch wichtige Dokumente braucht. Aber kein Wunder, wenn der Briefkasten in der Gemeinde göming einfach 2 Wochen nicht ausgeleert wird, weil der neue Postler keinen Schlüssel hat und nicht weiß wo er den herbekommt ??‍♀️??‍♀️?. Vielen Dank dafür. Wegen dieser tollen Arbeit können wir nun nicht wegfahren ??? Many thanks to the great post ?????. Our new passports were applied for on July 1st. Today is July 15th !!!! And after a phone call with the passport authority in Salzburg, the applications are STILL NOT there! Wow, what a brilliant achievement! That you need 2 weeks for the delivery of such important documents. But no wonder if the mailbox in the community of göming is simply not emptied for 2 weeks because the new postman has no key and does not know where to get it ??‍♀️??‍♀️?. Thanks a lot for this. V	Victoria Katharina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem ungefähr 20.Mal, das ich versucht habe, in dieser Filiale den Kopierer/Drucker in der SB-Zone zu benutzen, reicht es mir!!!! Es ist einfach kein einziges Mal möglich, hier etwas ausdrucken, weil entweder kein Papier vorhanden ist, Papierstau besteht oder ein sonstiger Systemfehler genannt wird!!!! Das bereits eingeworfene Geld bekommt man in dem Fall aber nicht retour, ist einfach so. Ich frage mich langsam, ob dieses Gerät dient, dem Personal die Kaffeekassa aufzubessern oder ob das Personal kein einziges Mal fähig ist, das Papier aufzufüllen oder sich um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu kümmern?! Meine Empfehlung: entweder Retourgeld geben oder sich kümmern, dass der Kopierer genutzt werden kann!!! Kann nicht so schwierig sein, aber die Bewertungen dieser Filiale sprechen für sich! S	Sancho Joker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann die Bewertungen von unfreundlichem Personal überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Bin 2-3 Mal die Woche da, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Oft mit unfreundlichen Kunden konfrontiert. Wie man in den Wald ruft kommts eben zurück. Aufgrund von Personalmangel öfters etwas überfordert. Can't understand the reviews from rude staff at all. I'm there 2-3 times a week, always friendly and helpful. Often faced with unfriendly customers. As one calls into the forest, it just comes back. Often a bit overwhelmed due to a lack of staff.
H	Heike Amberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt noch eine richtige Postfiliale im Gegensatz zu Deutschland!!! Die SB Zone ist super, da lässt sich fast alles erledigen, auch wenn die Post gerade zu hat. Leider hatte ich mit einer Auskunft weniger Glück, die Mitarbeiterin war nicht besonders kundenfreundlich und hat mir bei meinem Problem nicht wirklich weiter geholfen, aber trotzdem kann ich diese Post sehr empfehlen, vielen Dank immer wieder, dass diese Post da ist!!! There is still a real post office in contrast to Germany! The self-service zone is great, almost anything can be done there, even when the post office is closed. Unfortunately, I was less fortunate with some information, the employee was not particularly customer-friendly and didn't really help me with my problem, but I can still recommend this post very much, thank you again and again that this post is there!
S	Silvia Lettner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches, unkompetentes Personal-kann kaum Kundenfragen beantworten, verweist unverzüglich weiter - das gleiche gilt für die Postzustellung, welche wöchentlich NUR 1x erfolgt, wenn überhaupt - auch von diesem Personal wird man stets vertröstet bzw. weitergeleitet weil "nicht zuständig"?!? Sollte ich je arbeitslos werden, fange ich bei der Post zu arbeiten an, denn dort muss KEINER Verantwortung für sein "Tun" übernehmen ;)) Unfriendly, incompetent staff-can hardly answer customer questions, refer you immediately - the same applies to the postal delivery, which ONLY happens once a week, if at all - this staff also always puts you off or forwards you because "not responsible"?!? If I ever become unemployed, I'll start working at the post office, because NO ONE there has to take responsibility for their "acts" ;))
