Keinerlei Entgegenkommen und Einsicht bezüglich nicht gerechtfertigter Kosten, trotz fristgerichter Einzahlung der Gebühr im vertraglich festgelegten Zeitraum. Zudem deutlich verspähtete Antwort und Bestättigung zur Kündigung. Ausserdem wird im Mahnschreiben auch mit dem Rechtanwalt gedroht. Vom Konto werden Mahnspesen und Trainergebühr einfach eingezogen ohne Vorankündigung. Bei Unterzeichnung der Vertrages wurde das Kleingedrucke nicht erläutert. Ausserdem steht der Trainer nur selten zur Verfügung. Eindeutig NICHT zu empfehlen ! Unfriendly answer after call and questions about the mandatory contract. Ich hatte einen 3-Monats-Vertrag und bekam einen digitalen Schlüssel als Form eines Armbandes, dieser dient dazu, falls die Trainer mittags oder abends weg sind, dass man trotzdem rein kann. Es hieß wenn ich dieses wieder zurück bringe, gibt es den Einsatz (10€) zurück. Nun machte ich mich heute auf den Weg den zurück zu bringen und die Dame meinte nur sie hätte damals kein "hackerl" bei den 10€ beim Vertrag gemacht somit wurde es nicht bezahlt und sie gibt mir jetzt auch nix zurück. Ich bezahlte bei Vertrags Beschluss sage und schreibe 180€ für 3 Monate paar kaputte Geräte zu nutzen und dann die Antwort zu bekommen dass sie mir nicht mal den lächerlichen Einsatz zurück gibt. Wie schon erwähnt eine absolute Frechheit! This "gym" is a joke. Die Emails an das Studio landen zwar bei der Verwaltung, jedoch wird dem Versender mitgeteilt, die Emailadresse sei nicht korrekt und somit sei die Email nicht angekommen. 3. Eine Rückmeldung, trotz des (dubiosen) Erhalts der Email, erfolgt nicht. Erst nach Aufsuchen des Studios und der Besitzer gibt es eine wenig zufriedenstellende Antwort. 4. Eine professionelle Einweisung in die Geräte ist nie Erfolgt. Vermutlich weil beide Besitzer mit Sport nichts "am Hut" haben. 5. Von den Gerätschaften ist das Studio sehr gut ausgestattet.
