A	Amanda Mair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame hinter dem Schalter wollte mein vorfrankiertes Paket (Retoure) partout nicht entgegen nehmen, obwohl sich kein weiterer Postkunde im Raum befand. Ich musste darauf hin den Automaten betätigen. Mein Mann konnte heute anstandslos bei derselben Dame ein vorfrankiertes Retourpaket abgeben. ????? Männliche Kunden stehen ihr wohl mehr zu Gesicht???? So ein Verhalten ist unverschämt und erbärmlich! Vielleicht kann man der Dame mal erklären, dass man die Kunden gleich behandeln sollte. The lady behind the counter did not want to accept my pre-franked package (return) partout, although there was no other postal customer in the room. I had to press the vending machine. My husband was able to deliver a pre-franked return package without hesitation to the same lady. ????? Male customers are more likely to face her ???? Such behavior is outrageous and pathetic! Maybe you can explain to the lady that you should treat the customers the same.

Sag das nicht weil ich jetzt betroffen bin ich hab noch gesehen wie die Dame beim Schalter (mit schwarzen Haaren) einen Kunden fast beleidigt hat und vor und blamiert hat. Absolut unnötig diese PA! They don't even earn half a star, how can you be so rude to customers? Don't say that because I'm concerned now I've seen the lady at the counter (with black hair) almost insulted a customer and disgraced her before and. This PA is absolutely unnecessary!
F	Florian Angerer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab zweimal etwas bestellt und hab beide Male ab 8 Uhr in der Früh drauf gewartet und dann hängt ein Zettel an der Tür, dass ich nicht da gewesen wäre. Stinkend faul und richtig arbeitsunwillig!! Und den zweiten Zettel hatte ich vor 25 min an der Tür und dass obwohl ich Zuhause war und geklingelt hat er auch nicht ? I ordered something twice and both times I waited for it from 8 a.m. and then there was a note on the door saying that I would not have been there. Smelly lazy and really unwilling to work !! And I had the second note on the door 25 minutes ago and that although I was at home and he didn't ring the doorbell either ?
m	ma no ca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit über einem Jahr besteht eine Abstellgenehmigung, die vom Zusteller immer wieder ignoriert wird. Ständig bekomme ich Benachrichtigungen über Sendungen, die entgegen der Genehmigung, in der Filiale abgeholt werden müssen. Jedesmal rufe ich dann beim Kundendienst an, weise auf die Genehmigung hin und bitte darum, diese zu befolgen. Und jedesmal bekomme ich einen Rückruf, bei dem sich ein Mitarbeiter entschuldigt und mir versichert, dass die Sache geklärt ist und die Abstellung ab sofort problemlos funktionieren wird. Dieses Spiel wiederholt sich alle paar Wochen. Gelber Zettel im Postkasten, Anruf beim Kundendienst, Rückruf mit Entschuldigung und kurze Zeit darauf wieder dasselbe. Auch diese Woche wurden erneut Sendungen nicht abgestellt. Sogar am Tag, nachdem mir erneut eine Mitarbeiterin versprochen hat, dass die Abstellung ab sofort eingehalten wird. Dieses Mal verweigert der Zusteller sogar die erneute Zustellung, ohne jedwede Begründung. A parking permit has been in place for over a year, which the deliverer repeatedly ignores. Even the day after another employee promised me that the deadline would be complied with immediately. This time the deliverer even refuses to deliver again, without any explanation.

Wäre schön, wenn es so bleibt, ich habe, neben vielen anderen, dort auch schon schon schlechtere Erfahrungen gemacht, aber für heute sind die 5 Sterne verdient. Verbessert werden sollten aber jedenfalls die Öffnungszeiten. Denn diese sind zu "sparsam". I was there today and the staff were very friendly, as you would expect as a customer. It would be nice if it stays that way, I have already had worse experiences there, along with many others, but the 5 stars are deserved for today. In any case, the opening times should be improved. Because these are too "economical".
C	Claudia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich 0 Sterne! Wie kann ein Chef bitte solche Mitarbeiter einstellen??!! Und für sowas werden die auch noch bezahlt... Sehr unsympathisches Personal und 0 Motivation zum arbeiten. Vorallem die Dame mit den grauen Haaren, sollte fristlos gekündigt werden. Actually 0 stars! How can a boss please hire such employees ?? !! And they get paid for that too ... Very unsympathetic staff and no motivation to work. Especially the lady with the gray hair should be terminated without notice.
A	Artur Mikaelyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetente Mitarbeiter (29.11.2021). Besser man sollte die Filiale schließen. Konkreter Fall: Man sagte mir dort bei einem Auslandssendung müsse online das Zollformular vorher ausgefüllt werden. Ich habe mich dann umsonst entschuldigt und ging dann nach Hause. Man kann jedoch dieses Formular CN23 nach wie vor auf Papier ausfüllen, nur wussten diese Mitarbeiter davon nichts und haben mir nicht angeboten. Ich habe es später erfahren und durch die Inkompetenz musste der Weg zur Post 2x passieren. Daraufhin hat man mir gelogen man habe mich nicht verstanden was ich wolle (ich hatte den Absender, Empfänger und das Paket ausgedruckt vor euch liegen, jeder würde verstehen was ich doch wollte? ein Paket von A nach B verschicken, die Lüge war noch der letzte Tropfen der dazu gebracht hat diese Rezension zu verfassen). Warum ich außerdem das als Lüge sehe, weil ich zuvor in der Warteschlange (beim 2x mal) gehört habe, wie eine andere Frau etwas verschicken wollte und mit dem gleichen Argument zurückgeschickt worden wäre, hätte sie nicht gesagt dass es doch früher immer möglich war das auf dem Formular händisch zu schreiben. Und dann habe ich gesehen wie sie diese Zettel ihr gegeben hat, nachdem sie selber erstmal nachlesen musste dass es geht. Wahnsinn. Inkompetenz + Lügen. Danke Nein. Incompetent employees (11/29/2021). Better to close the branch. Specific case: I was told that the customs form had to be filled out online beforehand for a foreign shipment. I then apologized for nothing and went home. However, you can still fill out this form CN23 on paper, but these employees did not know about it and did not offer me. I found out later and due to the incompetence, the way to the post office had to pass twice. Then they lied to me, they didn't understand what I wanted (I had the sender, recipient and the package printed out in front of you, everyone would understand what I wanted? Send a package from A to B, the lie was still the last Drop who made this review write). Why do I also see this as a lie, because I had previously heard in the queue (twice) how another woman wanted to send something and would have been sent back with the same argument, had she not said that it was always possible earlier to write by hand on the form. And then I saw how she gave her these notes after she first had to read that it was okay. Insanity. Incompetence + lies. No thanks.
