Incompetent, not very helpful, no insight if mistakes were made and not really usable even in comparison to the lameest private delivery services.

Ein entschuldigung ist dort sowieso schon ein Fremdwort. Since you need a ticket to get it, the branch has been a mess. No numbers are compared with the display and it is someone's turn. An apology is a foreign word there anyway.
c	christian elsässer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bis jetzt hat immer alles gepasst. Wenn man außerhalb der Stoßzeiten hin schaut kommt man auch schnell dran. Ich hatte nie mehr als 2 wartende Kunden vor mir. So far everything has always worked. If you look outside of the rush hour you can get there quickly. I never had more than 2 customers waiting in front of me.
R	Roman Hannesschlaeger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechtes SB Center: Es ist schon schlecht, dass man Briefe nicht online frankieren kann. Online kann man nur Paketmarken ausdrucken. Für Briefe wird man an das SB Center verwiesen. Dann macht man sich auf den Weg dorthin, um dann am Automaten die Nachricht zu lesen, dass das Frankieren von Briefen leider derzeit nicht geht, aber Paketmarken könnte man sich kaufen. Briefmarken auf Vorrat kann man auch nicht kaufen. In Zeiten von Covid-19 ist das unverständlich. Bad self-service center: It's bad that you can't frank letters online. Online you can only print parcel stamps. For letters you will be referred to the self-service center. Then you go there to read the message on the machine that franking letters is unfortunately currently not possible, but you could buy parcel stamps. You cannot buy postage stamps in advance either. In times of Covid-19 this is incomprehensible.
