M	Michaela Hölzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ewig ewig ewig lange Wartezeiten. Am Samstag nur zw. 9 u 12 geöffnet. Viel zu wenig Personal. Keinen Parkplatz vor der Filiale - große und schwere Pakete muss man durch das ganze Lentia in die Tiefgarage schleppen. Forever, forever, long waiting times. Open only between 9am and 12pm on Saturday. Far too few staff. There is no parking space in front of the branch - large and heavy parcels have to be dragged through the whole Lentia into the underground car park.
P	Paulim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ewig gewartet um festzustellen, dass mein Paket noch nicht da ist. Aber einen Zettel hinterlassen, dass man es jetzt abholen kann - alles klar, fühle mich verarscht. (Habe auch einen Zettel bekommen, dass niemand da war zum zeitpunkt wo der postler eintraf. 1) ich war da 2) wir haben eine Rezeption die die Pakete auch entgegennimmt. Unmotivierte Postler wie immer...) Waited forever to find out that my package hasn't arrived yet. But leave a note that you can pick it up now - all right, I'm being ripped off. (I also got a note that no one was there at the time the postman arrived. 1) I was there 2) We have a reception that also accepts the parcels. Unmotivated posters as always ...)
T	Tali Noir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider immer wieder große Probleme bei Zustellungen. Man wartet auf Pension und in der Filiale wird dann einem gesagt, das der Name nicht gefunden wird. Es wird oft nicht mal geklingelt und entweder es liegt zufällig eine Benachrichtigung im Postkasten oder man kriegt nur eine elektronische Benachrichtigung das man nicht zu Hause war und nichts zugestellt werden konnte (obwohl man daheim war). Seit Monaten schon so und das ist echt ärgerlich ??? Unfortunately there are always big problems with deliveries. You wait for pension and in the branch you are told that the name cannot be found. Often the doorbell does not even ring and either a notification happens to be in the mailbox or you just get an electronic notification that you were not at home and nothing could be delivered (although you were at home). It's been like this for months and that's really annoying ???

Einmal wird Briefpaket im Vorhaus abgestellt Seit 14 Tagen vermisse ich Sendungen die versendet aber nicht zugestellt wurden. Als Verantwortlicher dieser Filiale würde ich diese Zusteller mal befragen. So geht es nicht. Postgebühr bezahlen und keine Sendung erhalten. Das nennt man Sauhaufen. Leiter der Filiale scheint unfähig zu sein Mitarbeiter zu führen. Suspect that mail carrier / in matters does not deliver. Once a letter package is parked in the front building. For 14 days I have been missing items that were sent but not delivered. As the person in charge of this branch, I would ask these deliverers. That's not how it works. Pay postage and do not receive a shipment. This is called a pig pile. Branch manager seems incapable of managing employees.
J	J. A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter geben sich Mühe und sind meist sehr freundlich, leider liegt das Problem im Management der Post. Es gibt 5 mögliche Schalter. Auch zu Stoßzeiten sind meist nur 2 geöffnet, der Rest nicht besetzt. Vor der Filiale steht eine Traube von 20 Menschen und zieht Tickets. Wartezeit: 15-20 Minuten. Verstehe nicht, wieso man nicht ein paar zusätzliche Arbeitsplätze schafft und das Team verstärkt... The employees make an effort and are mostly very friendly, unfortunately the problem lies in the management of the post. There are 5 possible switches. Even at peak times, only 2 are usually open, the rest not occupied. A cluster of 20 people stands in front of the branch and draws tickets. Waiting time: 15-20 minutes. I don't understand why you don't create a few additional jobs and strengthen the team ...
G	Gabriel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meist sehr lange Wartezeiten. Bei den Schaltern habe ich nie mehr als die Hälfte besetzt gesehen. Die Angestellten sind aber meist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Usually very long waiting times. At the counters I never saw more than half of them occupied. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
A	Alexander Peter Zillner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu den Kritiken bez. langen Wartezeiten sei gesagt: Wenn von 10 Leuten in der Schlange stehenden 8 sind, welche nur einen Brief bzw. Amazon Ruecksendungen aufgeben wollen darf man sich nicht wundern warum alles etwas laenger dauert. Vor der Poststelle ist ein Automat (riesengross, gelb und nicht uebersehbar) wo man eben solche Pakete aufgeben und Briefe frankieren kann. Leidergottes ist sehr oft zu beobachten, dass in unserem Lande speziell die Generation 25 bis 50 offensichtlich immer noch nicht willig ist sich solcher Automaten zu bedienen.. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat Nerven aus Stahl: Und zu den Jammerern wegen nicht zu 100% besetzter Schaltern: Ihr habt das Gesetz der Wirtschaft nicht verstanden. Nichts zahlen wollen, alles haben wollen und nur meckern -> Das kann nicht funktionieren... Regarding the criticisms regarding long waiting times, it should be said: If there are 8 of 10 people in the queue who only want to post a letter or Amazon returns, you shouldn't be surprised why everything takes a little longer. In front of the post office is a machine (huge, yellow and not overlooked) where you can hand in such packages and frank letters. Unfortunately, it can often be observed that in our country, especially the 25 to 50 generation, is obviously still unwilling to use such machines. The staff is very friendly and has nerves of steel: And to those who complain about counters not being 100% occupied: You haven't understood the law of the economy. Don't want to pay anything, want everything and just complain -> That can't work...
