B	B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War vor ein paar Wochen dort, um ein zwei Pakete abzuholen, die laut Benachrichtigung in der Filiale hätten sein müssen. Eines war da, eines nicht. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte, das würde die nächsten Tage schon kommen. Als ich wieder hinging, musste ich feststellen, dass sie bei beiden Paketen eingebucht hat, dass ich sie abgeholt hätte. Nun muss ich mich seit Wochen mit dem Verkäufer herum schlagen, weil die Post das Paket verloren aber offiziell angegeben hat, dass das Paket bei mir gelandet sei. Die Geschäftsführung hätte sich bei mir melden sollen, was im Übrigen auch nicht passiert ist. Sehr sehr ärgerlich. Was there a few weeks ago to pick up two packages that should have been in the branch according to the notification. One thing was there, one thing wasn't. The employee said that would come in the next few days. When I went back, I found that she had booked both packages that I would have picked them up. Now I've had to grapple with the seller for weeks because the post office lost the package but officially stated that the package had landed with me. Ich habe außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten beim SB Automaten Paketmarken gekauft, die dann zwar verrechnet, aber leider nicht ausgedruckt wurden. Als ich ein paar Tage darauf mit den Belegen meine Marken vom Schalter abholen wollte, wurde mir dies verwehrt mit der Begründung, sie hätten mit dem Automaten nichts zu tun. Unfortunately not customer-oriented at all. I bought parcel stamps from the self-service machine outside of opening hours, which were then offset, but unfortunately not printed out. I will continue to complain about this behavior.
