In ein halbes Jahr so viel Stress ,weil vielleicht Zusteller nicht lesen können und finden nicht Adresse oder Name ! Wer hat dann Stress ?Naturlich wir als Kunde . Das nervt mich so sehr und Freundlichkeit bei Filiale ein große 0! Such a good branch that my 3 important letters just didn't come ?. So much stress in half a year, because maybe the delivery person can't read and can't find the address or name! Who has stress then? Of course, we as a customer. That annoys me so much and friendliness at branch a capital 0!
F	Fabian Riedler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tut mir leid für die Ausdrucksweise aber das ist definitiv die beschissenste Postfiliale in Oberösterreich, bitte tauscht doch einfach das aktuelle Personal gegen Mitarbeiter aus die gerne bei euch arbeiten. Unfreundlich und inkompetent, mehr kann ich dazua wirklich nicht sagen. I'm sorry for the language, but this is definitely the shitty post office in Upper Austria, please just swap the current staff for employees who like to work for you. Unfriendly and incompetent, I really can't say more about that.
I	Isabella Ebenhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal ist unter jeder würde. So unfreundlich und nochdazu faul bis zum geht nicht mehr. Jedesmal bekommt man eine andere freche Antwort. Ich fasse es nicht das soetwas toleriert wird. Ich bin selbst in Verkauf und ich würde es niemals wagen so mit Kunden zu sprechen. Schon alleine aus gegenseitigem Respekt. Eine Frechheit, dieses Personal. Habe mich hiermit zum letzten mal schlecht behandeln lassen. The staff is under everyone's dignity. So unfriendly and lazy at that no longer works. Each time you get a different cheeky answer. I don't believe that something like that is tolerated. I'm in sales myself and I would never dare speak to customers like that. Out of mutual respect alone. What a cheek, this staff. I was treated badly for the last time.

Auch sehr Informativ und Alternative Vorschläge für Kunden! Waren sehr zufrieden! Danke und bitte weiter so!! Was just bigger rush and to do; Nevertheless, the staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. Also very informative and alternative suggestions for customers! Were very satisfied! W	Walle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalerweise schlechte Bedingungen aber zu meiner Freude war gestern ein sehr netter höflicher Angestellter zugegen aber nur der kriegt von mir fünf Sterne man bräuchte mehrere von dieser Sorte Mensch. Normally poor conditions but to my delight there was a very nice polite member of staff on hand yesterday but only he gets five stars from me you need more of this type of person.

Erklärt mir, dass ein Brief mit Münzen (alles ordnungsgemäß verpackt) nur als Wertsendung versendet wird. Obwohl ich nicht einmal erwähnt habe, dass es Münzen sind und ich keine Wertsendung möchte! Sie hat es jedoch durch das Papier gefühlt, als wäre sie ein Zauberer. Darauf hin wollte sie mit mir diskutieren, um welche Münzen es sich genau handelt. Nun ist sie zur Numismatikerin mutiert! Natürlich hat mir der Telefonkundenservice bestätigt, dass die nette Dame in der Filiale falsch liegt. The staff is more than incompetent, to be more precise, Mrs. W. Explains to me that a letter with coins (all properly packaged) will only be sent as an insured item. Although I didn't even mention that it's coins and I don't want a value mailing! However, she felt it through the paper as if she were a magician. She then wanted to discuss with me which coins it is exactly. Now she has mutated into a numismatist! Of course, the telephone customer service confirmed to me that the nice lady in the branch was wrong.

Mitarbeiterinnen sagen uns mehrmals, wir sollen es draussen scannen- JA wenn die funktionieren würden... sehr sehr unfreundlich!!!! Bräuchten dringend eine Schulung im Umgang mit Kunden!!!! Terrible, the scanner/drop-off station - both broken! Employees tell us several times that we should scan it outside - YES if they would work... very, very unfriendly!!!! Urgently need training in dealing with customers!!!!
B	B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmögliches Benehmen bei fast jedem Besuch (Frau Weger sowie ihre andere Kollegin). Packerl werden angenommen und dann unachtsam im Beisein der Kundschaft in die nächste Kiste geschmissen. Leider keine einmalige Erfahrung. Maske tragen können sie nach 2 Jahren Pandemie immer noch nicht. Die Straße zur Filiale ist so überseht mit Löchern, dass man fast aufsitzt. Sollte ich mir hier den Unterbodenschutz runterfahren, weiß ich schon wer die Reparatur bezahlt. Alles in allem leider 0 Sterne. Impossible behavior on almost every visit (Ms. Weger and her other colleague). Packs are accepted and then carelessly thrown into the next box in the presence of the customers. Unfortunately not a unique experience. They still can't wear a mask after 2 years of the pandemic. The road to the branch is so full of holes that you almost sit up. If I remove the underbody protection here, I already know who will pay for the repair. All in all unfortunately 0 stars.
