★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wieder mal ein Posterlebnis: Ich erwarte ein Paket, bekomme eine Benachrichtigung, das ich es "heute ab 16:30" abholen kann, Öffnungszeiten 00:00 bis 24:00 Ihr. Hingefahren "heute" um 20:00, Code ungültig. Die Dame am Servicetelefon meint, das Paket sei noch nicht hinterlegt. OK, aber was soll dann die Benachrichtigung? Absichtliches Vergrämen der Kunden oder schiere Wurstigkeit? *kopfschüttel*
Again a poster experience: I expect a package, get a notification that I can pick it up "today from 16:30", opening hours 00:00 to 24:00 you. Hinges "today" at 20:00, code invalid. The lady on the service phone says the package is not yet deposited. OK, but then what's the notification? Deliberate grunting of customers or sheer sausage? * * Kopfschüttel
