I bought a VW 8 and 3 weeks later there is a recall that the electronics are causing problems .. what can I say about that ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Überaus freundliche Mitarbeiter (Reparaturannahme) die auch konstruktive Vorschläge machen. Ich bin zwar kein Stammkunde, wurde aber wie ein solcher behandelt. Dieses Autohaus kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
Extremely friendly employees (repair acceptance) who also make constructive suggestions. I'm not a regular customer, but I was treated like one. This dealership can be recommended without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I landed at ZANKL with some lights blinking alarmingly in the dashboard. I was in the middle of a 1300km trip, not knowing what was wrong and if I can continue driving. One of their mechanic did everything needed to diagnose the issue and assess whether I could continue driving safely. This included driving around and running OBD diagnostics. His English was definitely better than my German, too. In conclusion, roughly half an hour of expertise and professional tools had a final cost of 0 for me. All this because the ZANKL professional was honest and helpful. A five-star experience for sure!

I was on motorcycle vacation and desperately needed a new chain. Unfortunately they did not have the correct chain for my bike, but instead they tried to adjust my current one as good as possible and did a quick checkup completely free of charge.
Moreover they went out of their way to help me find another place who might have the right chain for my bike.
Amazing service! Special shoutout to Peter Bemmer who did the quick checkup of the bike.
