★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Partner hatte einen Termin zur Besichtigung und wurde behandelt, als würde das Auto sowieso schon für einen anderen reserviert sein.
Mangel an angemessenen Umgangsformen & Mangel an Kompetenz sind nichts was in einem Verkaufsprozess Platz hat. So toll das Auto auch war, mit solch einem Service will man einfach keinen Kauf abschließen und am Liebsten schnell wieder gehen.
My partner had an appointment to visit and was treated as if the car was already reserved for another one anyway.
Lack of appropriate manners & lack of competence are nothing that has room in a sales process. As great as the car was, with such a service you just do not want to make a purchase and most of all you want to go fast again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finde es sehr unverschämt dass ohne Fragen ein Softwareupdate aufgespielt wurde obwohl mein Fahrzeug nur zu einer Gutachterbesichtigung in der Werkstatt war.
I find it very outrageous that a software update was installed without any questions, even though my vehicle was only in the workshop for an expert inspection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meinem Audi war das MMI defekt. Porsche konnte den defekt nicht lokalisieren, und mir wurde die Firma Mosertronik in Rastenfeld empfohlen. Nach 3 Tagen war das Gerät repariert und ich bezahlte 300€ anstatt ca. 4000€ für ein Neugerät. Danke an Herrn Tiefentaler für den Tip.
The MMI of my Audi was defective. Porsche was unable to locate the defect and the Mosertronik company in Rastenfeld was recommended to me. After 3 days the device was repaired and I paid € 300 instead of about € 4000 for a new device. Thanks to Mr. Tiefentaler for the tip.
