Hier wird man eher als Freund empfangen und nicht als jemand der nur was kaufen möchte ???
Bin über 300 Km hingefahren um ein Fahrzeug anzusehen und es war gut so ? Für dieses Einkaufserlebnis würde ich auch 1000 Km fahren ???
Mein Dank gilt der Geschäftsführung für ihre außerordentlich netten und sehr kompetenten Mitarbeiter ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann seit drei Tagen mit niemandem reden um einen Termin für einen Reifenwechsel zu bekommen. Das Service ist extrem miserabel. Das Online einbuchen hat leider auch nicht funktioniert. Ich warte seit Stunden auf einen Rückruf, Ich glaube, Ich brauche da keinen Termin mehr.
I haven't been able to speak to anyone for three days to get an appointment to change tires. The service is extremely lousy. The online booking did not work either. I've been waiting for a callback for hours, I don't think I need an appointment anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 10. Februar 2022 habe ich meinen bei einem Autounfall beschädigten Audi A4 in Ihrer Werkstatt zurückgelassen, um eine neue Heckstoßstange und einen neuen Spoiler zu montieren. Innerhalb weniger Stunden wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Reparatur abgeschlossen war und ich meinen Audi abholen konnte. Wir haben die Übergabe mit einem Berater für Verkehrsunfälle gemacht. Auf den ersten Blick sah das Fahrzeug gut aus, am nächsten Tag bemerkte ich an der Kofferraumtür, dass ein kleiner Gummi fehlte, der wohl beim Einbau der Stoßstange abgefallen ist. Für all dies habe ich mich an Sie gewandt und wurde so unfreundlich empfangen und habe keine Antwort erhalten. Ich habe das von Ihrer Werkstatt nicht sehr unprofessionell erwartet, ich werde Sie in Zukunft nie wieder besuchen. Einfach danke.
On February 10, 2022, I left my Audi A4, which was damaged in a car accident, in your workshop to fit a new rear bumper and spoiler. Within hours I was told the repair was complete and I could collect my Audi. We did the handover with a traffic accident consultant. At first glance the vehicle looked good, the next day I noticed on the trunk door that a small piece of rubber was missing, which must have fallen off when the bumper was installed. For all this I have contacted you and was received so rudely and have not received any response. I didn't expect that from your workshop, very unprofessional, I will never visit you again in the future. simply thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also für einen Fachbetrieb wie Porsche Asten, bin ich mit Preis und Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht zufrieden.
Verschlammte Unterlagen mit Mehrkosten für mich.
Und jetzt noch falsche Dimension bei den Reifen, weil nicht kontrolliert worden ist.
Leider war kein entgegen kommen und auch keine Einsicht, es wäre ja nicht fatal.
Am schlimmsten ist das man von oben herab behandelt wird, für einen offensichtlichen Fehler ihrerseits.
Ich als Laie hätte das ja viel früher erkennen müssen!
So for a specialist company like Porsche Asten, I am absolutely not satisfied with the price and performance ratio.
Filthy documents with additional costs for me.
And now the wrong dimensions for the tires because they weren't checked.
Unfortunately, there was no coming towards us and no insight either, it wouldn't be fatal.
Worst of all, you are treated from above for an obvious mistake on your part.
As a layman, I should have recognized this much earlier!
