Hat alles wunderbar funktioniert, alles rundherum ist auch heil geblieben in unserem schmalen Reihenhausgarten. Kann ich deshalb gerne weiterempfehlen und ggf. selbst nochmal die Dienste in Anspruch nehmen. Danke! We had to have 4 birch trees felled because they were already sickly. Sofort faires Angebot erhalten. Termin, ausgemacht, trotz wiedriger Windverhältnisse pünklich und zuverlässig. Absoluter Vollprofi, ruhig, überlegt, sympatisch. Machte Spass dabei zuzusehen wie er gekonnt die Bäume sicher und vor allem ohne Schäden Stück für Stück abholzte. Nach 5 Stunden alles erledigt, Danke Benedikt. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen, wird im Bekanntenkreis sicher noch einige Aufträge erhalten. Appointment made, punctual and reliable despite bad wind conditions. Absolute full professional, calm, considered, likeable. It was fun to watch how he skilfully cut down the trees piece by piece, safely and above all without damage. Everything done after 5 hours, thanks Benedikt. Herr Pongratz rief sogar extra an, um sich für ca. 15 Minuten Verzögerung zu entschuldigen. Diese Dienstleistungs-Einstellung ist selten! Herr Pongratz hat uns sehr kompetent beraten. Ob alle Maßnahmen Erfolg zeitigen werden, wissen wir erst in einigen Wochen, aber was er sagte, klang kompetent und sinnvoll. Wir werden ihn voraussichtlich im Frühjahr auch für einige Baumfällarbeiten anfragen. At first I found it amazing that the appointment took place with us despite adverse weather conditions and blocked roads. Mr. Pongratz even called specially to apologize for about 15 minutes delay. This service attitude is rare! Mr. Pongratz advised us very competently. We won't know for a few weeks whether all measures will be successful, but what he said sounded competent and sensible. We will probably ask him for some tree felling work in the spring.

Jetzt ist es ein bisschen wie mit einem super Zahnarzt: Wenn man zu viel Werbung macht, kriegt man irgendwann keinen Termin mehr. Aber weil die Fichte weg ist, kann ich's ja sagen: Sehr! zuverlässig, freundlich und nachher alles wieder weggeräumt :) The two gentlemen Pongratz felled our gigantic spruce in the snow and milled away the rootstock. Now it's a bit like a super dentist: If you advertise too much, you won't get an appointment at some point. But because the spruce is gone, I can say it: Very! reliable, friendly and everything cleared away afterwards :)

We had to call the company on Saturday morning, and the company responded very swiftly even during the weekend. The response was professional and of high quality. The problem was solved almost immediately! No wasps AT ALL in less than 15 min! Still looking on the terrace to see if it is true! Thank you, mate! You made our weekend normal!
