Machten uns daher zuerst schlau, was man in diesem Fall tun kann und kamen dann auf diverse Websiten und Firmen, die einem Tipps&Tricks sowie vor Ort Hilfe anbieten. Am Sonntag haben wir dann angefangen, uns bei der Feuerwehr und mehreren Firmen durchzurufen. Die Feuerwehr in Wien übernimmt übrigens nur noch bei Hornissen, bei Wespen wird man gleich auf eine beliebige Firma verwiesen. Da die Kosten am Wochenende deutlich höher sind (bei manchen fast das Doppelte) und die unmittelbare Gefahr für uns nicht sooo groß war, wollten wir uns schon mal zumindest für Montag einen Termin ausmachen. KillTec war am Sonntag leider nicht erreichbar, riefen uns aber am Montag in der Früh zurück und konnten einige Stunden später am frühen Nachmittag schon zur Tat schreiten. Da das Nest bei uns nicht entfernbar war, wurde ein Insektizid zum Einsatz gebracht um die Wespen los zu werden. Kostenpunkt waren die beworbenen 108€ und für den Fall, dass eine Woche später immer noch eine Aktivität vorhanden sein sollte, gäbe es eine kostenlose Nachbehandlung. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank für die rasche und effiziente Hilfe! Since last weekend we have had the problem that a wasp nest has spread on our balcony. So we first made smart about what can be done in this case and then came to various websites and companies that offer tips & tricks and help on site. On Sunday we started calling the fire brigade and several companies. Incidentally, the fire brigade in Vienna now only takes care of hornets, and wasps are immediately referred to any company. Since the costs at the weekend are significantly higher (for some, almost double) and the immediate danger was not that great for us, we wanted to make an appointment at least for Monday. KillTec was unfortunately not available on Sunday, but called us back on Monday morning and was able to take action a few hours later in the early afternoon. Since the nest was not removable from us, an insecticide was used to get rid of the wasps. The cost was the advertised 108 € and if there was still an activity a week later, there would be free follow-up treatment. At this point, thank you again for the quick and efficient help!
