★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom uit België en tijdens onze vakantie in Oostenrijk kregen we motorproblemen en werd de wagen naar BMW Auto Frey gesleept.
Hoewel ik geen afspraak had en geen vaste klant ben, werd ik toch direct geholpen, en kreeg ik vriendelijk een koffie aangeboden. Het benodigde onderdeel kon diezelfde dag niet meer geleverd werden. Een medewerker heeft me terug naar ons vakantiehuis gebracht. Erg attent!
Ook keurig dat een bijkomend probleem met de wagen de volgende ochtend eerst telefonisch besproken werd, waarbij men eveneens enkele foto’s doorstuurde.
Ondanks de bijkomende herstelwerken was de wagen op het afgesproken tijdstip klaar. Correcte rekening. Bovendien werd de auto gewassen en weer helemaal proper aan mij overhandigd. Respect en dank aan het hele team om ons met prioriteit te helpen! Ook voor eenmalige buitenlandse klanten wordt hier top service geleverd!
 I am from Belgium and during our holiday in Austria we had engine problems and the car was towed to BMW Auto Frey.
Although I didn't have an appointment and I'm not a regular customer, I was helped immediately, and I was kindly offered a coffee. The required part could no longer be delivered that same day. An employee took me back to our holiday home. Very thoughtful!
It was also nice that an additional problem with the car was first discussed by telephone the next morning, where some photos were also forwarded.
Despite the additional repairs, the car was ready on time. Correct account. In addition, the car was washed and handed over to me completely clean. Respect and thanks to all the team for helping us with priority! Top service is also provided here for one-off foreign customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man im Urlaub ist, 700 km entfernt von zu Hause und der BMW seinen Dienst verweigert ?♂️
Onkel Google nach der nächsten BMW Werkstadt gefragt und angezeigt wurde AH Frey in St. Veit
Innerhalb von ein paar Stunden ein Termin bekommen , man wurde pünktlich bedient , 20 min später stand die Diagnose fest , irgend ein Problem mit der Kühlung , es musste ein Teil bestellt werden und es gab am nächsten Tag einen neuen Termin. Am nächsten Tag wieder pünktlich in der Werkstatt versorgt wurden und das Problem war behoben ??
Unterm Strich , so muss Dienstleistung aussehen , freundlich , kurz & prägnant , kein großes rum Gelabere und kein Schickimicki … , da können sich die großen Auto Zentren in meiner Heimatstadt Leipzig ne Scheibe abschneiden ☝?

Uncle Google asked for the nearest BMW workshop and displayed AH Frey in St. Veit
Get an appointment within a few hours, you were served on time, 20 minutes later the diagnosis was made, some problem with the cooling, a part had to be ordered and there was a new appointment the next day. The next day they were taken care of on time in the workshop and the problem was resolved ??
Bottom line, this is how service has to look, friendly, short & concise, no big rumors and no fancy ..., the big car centers in my hometown Leipzig can learn a thing or two about that ☝?
