Es macht großen Spaß, Iris motiviert einen total, erklärt genau und verständlich und man fühlt sich nach der Stunde einfach gut! Sie ist immer sehr bemüht um jeden einzelnen in der Gruppe. Und wenn man irgendwelche Fragen hat antwortet sie immer unmittelbar. Einfach nur herrlich, unkompliziert und riesen Spaßfaktor! I've been doing this sport for a number of years and I really have to say: I've never had such an uncomplicated trainer and I've never laughed as much as in her lessons during a training session. She is always very concerned about each individual in the group. And if you have any questions, she always answers immediately. Just wonderful, uncomplicated and a lot of fun!

Die Trainerin bemüht sich immer alles verständlich zu erklären, motiviert dich und ist echt sympathisch. Auch wenn man am Anfang vielleicht noch Hemmungen hat, verschwinden die komplett und man hat nur noch Spaß! Ganz große Empfehlung! If you feel like trying something new, I can only recommend this sport and the studio. The trainer always tries to explain everything in an understandable way, motivates you and is really personable. Even if you may still have inhibitions at the beginning, they disappear completely and you just have fun! Great recommendation!
