Nicht einmal als VB! Ansonst keinerlei Erfahrung mit der Werkstatt, daher “alles OK“ Exotics and imports are also offered. However, the prices given for the used vehicles offered cannot be taken seriously !!!! Not even as a VB! Otherwise no experience with the workshop, so "everything OK"

Das Ambiente ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und würde ein Upgrade gut vertragen. In my opinion, a very reliable and competent workshop in Hollabrunn. Very customer-oriented and friendly workshop master. Unfortunately, the ambience is getting old and would do well with an upgrade.

Fehlersuche von mehreren Freunden sowie auch ÖAMTC wurde durchgeführt. Ich wendete mich an die Firma Kainrath und die warnten mich den Motor ja nicht mehr anzustarten, da es sonst zu einem Motorschaden kommt! Die Ferndiagnose war überraschend da er sofort wusste was er hat. Zitat Steuerkette übersprungen. Ich schleppte das Auto in die Werkstatt Kainrath. Vor Ort wurde mir vorgeführt, dass die Steuerkette sehr locker war. Das nette Personal haben das Auto ohne Termin vorgezogen, obwohl die Werkstatt voll war. Sie bestellten sofort das benötige Material und das Auto war am nächsten Tag wieder fahrbereit. Mit den Reparaturkosten war ich sehr zufrieden da ich mit viel mehr gerechnet habe. Die Werkstatt Kainrath ist sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr hilfsbereit und der Kunde steht bei ihnen an erster Stelle.....sehr familiär das Ganze. Gerne wieder! My 7 year old reliable Hyundai i30 gave up one day and just wouldn't start. Troubleshooting by several friends as well as ÖAMTC was carried out. I contacted the Kainrath company and they warned me not to start the engine any more, otherwise the engine would be damaged! The remote diagnosis was surprising because he immediately knew what he had. Quote timing chain skipped. I dragged the car to the Kainrath workshop. On site I was shown that the timing chain was very loose. The nice staff preferred the car without an appointment, even though the workshop was full. They immediately ordered the material they needed and the car was ready to drive again the next day. I was very satisfied with the repair costs because I expected a lot more. The Kainrath workshop is highly recommended! Very helpful and the customer comes first ..... very familiar. Gladly again!
R	Roliglaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Preise für die Gebrauchtwagen könnten nur ein Witz sein, die verlangen wirklich das vierfache was normal die Autos wert sind und einige stehen schon Jahre dort und die preise sind gleich geblieben, viel spaß bei sammeln weil kaufen wird sie keiner!!!! The prices for the used cars could only be a joke, they really require four times what the cars are normally worth and some have been there for years and the prices have remained the same, have fun collecting them because nobody will buy them !!!!
T	Thomas Hasenöhrl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe im Februar 2019 Pickerl und Service gemacht und muss sagen die Beratung ist Top. Hier wird das Wort Kunde noch wirklich hoch gehalten. Freundlichkeit wird hier noch gelebt und Service ist auch kein Fremdwort. Das hat sich gleich bei der Frage gezeigt was den der Leihwagen kostet, nichts, man solle nur die verfahrenen Kilometer wieder tanken. So holt man sich in der heutigen Zeit noch immer Stammkunden. Mein Fazit: Meine neue Werkstatt des Vertrauens! Have in February 2019 Pickerl and service made and must say the advice is top. Here the word customer is still kept really high. Friendliness is still lived here and service is not a foreign word. This has shown up with the question of what the rental car costs, nothing, you should refuel only the miles lost. So you get in the present time still regular customers. My conclusion: My new workshop of trust!

Ambiente und Auswahl is jedoch ok, trotzdem nur einen Stern, da ich die Hose wechseln musste Visited a car in front of the shop but after a few minutes an unsupervised Rotweiler followed us without a muzzle. Ambience and choice is ok, but only one star because I had to change my pants
