Außerdem geht sie sehr auf Kundenbedürfnisse ein und erkundigt sich proaktiv auch regelmäßig nach dem Status. Ich bin tatsächlich sehr zufrieden und kann sie sehr empfehlen! In unserem WhatsApp-Gespräch habe ich einen GENAUEN Preis für eine bestimmte Behandlung erhalten, daher wurde angedeutet, dass sie sich um solche Probleme kümmert. Sie hat nicht nach einem Foto gefragt oder gesagt, dass sie zuerst die Wunde sehen und die Situation beurteilen muss. NEIN, sie hat mir einfach den Preis genannt. Als ich dort ankam (aufgrund der guten Bewertungen aus einer anderen Stadt kommend), wurde ich gefragt, ob ich geimpft bin und ich sagte nein (ich trug eine Maske). Plötzlich sagte sie, dass es beim Umgang mit meiner Wunde zu Blutungen kommen könnte und dass nur der Hautarzt solche Probleme behandelt. Um solche Probleme zu vermeiden, empfehle ich zukünftigen Kunden, sich zu erkundigen, ob die 3G erforderlich ist, und Fotos Ihrer Wunde zu senden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie dort behandelbar ist. I cannot rate the services as I did not have the opportunity to use them. However, I have to award a star for the lack of communication. In our WhatsApp conversation I was given an EXACT price for a specific treatment, so it was suggested that she was taking care of such issues. She didn't ask for a photo or say that she needs to see the wound and assess the situation first. NO, she just told me the price. When I got there (coming from another city based on the good reviews) I was asked if I was vaccinated and I said no (I was wearing a mask). Suddenly she said that there could be bleeding while handling my wound and that only the dermatologist will treat such problems. To avoid such problems, I recommend future customers to inquire if the 3G is required and send photos of your wound to make sure it is treatable there.
