★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lösung an sich gut, Preis ist sehr teuer (Preis/Leistung?) und das Service ist mehr als mangelhaft, kein telefonischer Kontakt möglich, auf das Ticket wird nicht reagiert... das ist bei 100€ pro Benutzer, dann schon etwas frech... und nein update auf das Enterprise Produkt mit verkürzten Support sehe ich nicht, wenn man schon so nicht einmal eine Antwort bekommt... Wir werden uns auf alle Fälle hier um Alternativen umsehen...
The solution itself is good, the price is very expensive (price / performance?) And the service is more than inadequate, no telephone contact possible, the ticket is not responded to ... that's at 100 € per user, then a bit cheeky. .. and no, I don't see an update to the enterprise product with shortened support, if you don't even get an answer ... we will definitely look around for alternatives ...
