A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle, riesige Spielewelt - mit allem Drum und Dran - auf den ersten Blick alles sehr sauber, zu Zeiten COVID 19 nur für Geburtstagspartys geöffnet. Leider kann ich nichts positives zum Personal schreiben - null Empathie, ideenlos und leider auch nicht anwesend! Ihnen ist bei 10 anwesenden Kindern für 15 Min nicht aufgefallen dass ein Kind fehlt! Danach musste ich beobachten dass sich die Kinder UNBEAUFSICHTIGT in der Spielewelt selbst beschäftigen mussten! Geht gar nicht! Vor allem da auf der Homepage bei einer Geburtstagsparty mit „professioneller Betreuung und Animation“ geworben wird. Sehr schade! Great, huge game world - with all the trimmings - everything very clean at first glance, only open for birthday parties during COVID 19. Unfortunately, I cannot write anything positive about the staff - zero empathy, lack of ideas and unfortunately not present either! With 10 children present you did not notice for 15 minutes that one child was missing! After that I had to observe that the children UNATTENDED had to occupy themselves in the game world! Does not work at all! Especially since "professional support and animation" is advertised on the homepage at a birthday party. What a shame!

B	Barbara Dunst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bis dato immer zufrieden und mein Kind ist gerne dort gewesen; ein sehr guter Benefit wenn man in 1 Stunde in Ruhe seine Einkäufe erledigen kann. Jetzt wurde leider die 3G Regel ab 6 Jahren eingeführt und somit kann mein 6jähriges Kindergartenkind trotz 2 x Testung pro Woche im Kiga nicht mehr hinein. Man bekommt beim Kiga leider keinen Ninjapass und auch keinen Ausdruck und ich sehe nicht ein, dass ich zusätzlich mit meinem Kind in einer Teststation oder zu Hause mit dem Wohnzimmertest testen soll. Die gratis Apothekentest sind auch bald Geschichte. Es ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, dass es gleich wie in Wien gehabt werden soll. Lt. Verordnung gibt es on NÖ keine Testpflicht für 6jährige Kinder. So far I have always been satisfied and my child loved to be there; a very good benefit if you can do your shopping in peace in 1 hour.
