Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Rezensenten war ich wirklich sehr positiv überrascht von der Qualität meiner online bestellten Pizza. Selten habe eine so reichlich belegte und vor allem große Pizza zu diesem Preis erhalten! Auch geschmacklich war sie hervorragend, das kenne ich von Online-Bestellungen anderer Restaurants leider auch ganz anders und möchte das in meiner Rezension daher besonders positiv hervorrheben! Einen Stern muss ich aufgrund des unfreundlichen Lieferanten aber leider trotzdem abziehen. Das ist schade und müsste wirklich nicht sein, aber ich muss mich als Kunde nicht für etwas anschnautzen lassen für das ich nichts kann. Es ist nicht meine Schuld, wenn er meine Türklingel nicht findet und erst nach angeblich 15 Minuten warten (worauf denn, dass ich die Pizza rieche und selbstständig nachschauen komme??) auf die Idee kommt mich anzurufen OBWOHL ich darauf im Anmerkfenster der Online-Bestellung explizit hingewiesen habe... Trinkgeld habe ich dann trotzdem ein wenig gegeben wofür ich nichtmal ein Danke gehört hab, aber da bin ich wohl selbst schuld... Dennoch werde ich auch nächstes mal wieder bei Pizza Pinguino bestellen, weil ich mit der Qualität des Essens bisher ausgesprochen zufrieden bin und das ist es ja letztendlich auch was zählt. Für all diejenigen, die sich meine Rezension also bis hier durchgelesen haben kann die Pizzeria daher guten gewissens weiterempfehlen! =)
In contrast to most other reviewers, I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza I ordered online. Rarely have I received such a large and large pizza at this price! It was also excellent in terms of taste, unfortunately I know it very differently from online orders from other restaurants and would therefore like to highlight this in a particularly positive way in my review! Unfortunately, I still have to deduct a star due to the unfriendly supplier. It's a shame and really shouldn't be, but as a customer I don't have to let myself be snorted for something that I can't do anything about. It is not my fault if he does not find my doorbell and only wait for supposedly 15 minutes (after which I smell the pizza and check it out myself?) The idea comes up to call me, BUT I do it in the comment window of the online order explicitly pointed out ... I still gave a little tip for which I didn't even hear a thank you, but I guess it's my fault ... Nevertheless, I will also order from Pizza Pinguino again next time because I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the food so far and that is ultimately what matters. For all those who have read my review up to here, the pizzeria can therefore recommend it with a clear conscience! =)

A friend and I ordered food to be brought to a hotel. I ordered the vegetable risotto and she ordered a standard chili burger with NO BUN. We explained over the phone she has a gluten allergy and could not have the bread touch the burger. The man over the phone said "yes, I understand- no bread, just meat and chili". Well, we got the order and he had given us not vegetable risotto, but a vegetable pizza instead. He didn't even ask if we wanted the pizza, just took it away when I said it wasn't right. We got back to the room with the burger and found not only was there no chili but there was a nice gluten-y bun right on the top and bottom that was stuck to the burger because it was cheap quality. We called back and the man refused to acknowledge the mistake and wouldn't give us our money back. We had to wait until he got back to the restaurant to talk to a manager. When we finally got in touch with the manager, who took a half hour to call us back, she refused to acknowledge the fact that allergies can kill someone and then wouldn't bring us our money until 9 the next morning. She actually asked us to drive to the place in a taxi to get the money. Unbelievable. Ein Freund und ich bestellte Essen in ein Hotel gebracht werden. Ich bestellte das Gemüserisotto und sie einen Standard-Chili-Burger mit NO-BUN bestellt. Wir erklärten, über das Telefon sie eine Gluten-Allergie hat und nicht das Brot, die Burger berühren könnten. Der Mann am Telefon sagte: "Ja, ich Verständnis kein Brot, nur Fleisch und Chili". Nun, wir haben den Auftrag, und er hatte uns nicht Gemüserisotto gegeben, aber eine Gemüsepizza statt. Er fragte nicht, auch wenn wir die Pizza wollte, dauerte es nur weg, wenn ich sagte, dass es nicht richtig war. Wir haben mit der Burger in den Raum zurück und fand nicht nur gab es keine Chili, aber es gab eine schöne Gluten-y Brötchen direkt an der Ober- und Unterseite, die auf die Burger stecken geblieben war, weil es billig war Qualität. Wir riefen zurück und der Mann weigerte sich, den Fehler zu erkennen und würde uns nicht unser Geld zurück. Wir mussten warten, bis er auf das Restaurant bekam wieder an einen Manager zu sprechen. Als wir schließlich in Kontakt mit dem Manager bekam, der eine halbe Stunde dauerte zurückrufen, weigerte sie sich, die Tatsache anzuerkennen, dass Allergien jemanden töten kann und dann würden wir nicht unser Geld am nächsten Morgen bis 9 bringen. Sie fragte uns tatsächlich an den Ort, in einem Taxi zu fahren, das Geld zu bekommen. Nicht zu fassen.

Nachtrag: es hat sich deutlich gebessert. Und die Qualität der Pizzen ist immer noch sehr gut. Somit hole ich hier jetzt wieder gerne pizza. Alter Eintrag: Pizzen gut, aber das Personal reagiert teilweise unhöflich und wirsch, wenn man bei Selbstabholung kein Trinkgeld gibt. Das kann ja nicht sein! Erstens ist Trinkgeld freiwillig und zweitens - für welchen Service soll ich denn Trinkgeld geben, wenn ich die Pizza selbst abholen und auch nicht im Lokal esse?
Addendum: it has improved significantly. And the quality of the pizzas is still very good. So I like to get pizza here again. Old entry: Pizzas good, but the staff are sometimes rude and unruly if you don't tip when you pick it up yourself. This cant be true! Firstly, tipping is voluntary and secondly - for which service should I tip if I pick up the pizza myself and do not eat in the restaurant?

Habe 3 Veganista Pizzen bestellt, diese sind laut Menü inherent vegan. Bei der Lieferung wurde für die 3 Pizzen 6€ extra für veganen Käse verrechnet. Dies ist komplett absurd. Als ich erneut angerufen habe, wurde das Telefon an den Koch weitergereicht mit welchem eine vernünftige Konversation aufgrund dessen schlechter Deutschkenntnisse nur schwer möglich war. Er hat mir mehrmals gesagt hat, dass vegan Käse extra kostet, worauf ich erwidert habe, dass ich allerdings eine "inherent vegane" Pizza, die bereits mehr kostet bestellt habe, was er scheinbar nicht verstanden hat. Ich hatte den Eindruck er kennt seine eigene Speisekarte nicht ... . Das Gespräch hat geendet mit, es sei viel zu tun, er habe keine Zeit, aber ich solle seinen Chef kontaktieren. Dies ist absolut inakzeptabel.
I ordered 3 Veganista pizzas, they are inherently vegan according to the menu. On delivery, an extra € 6 was charged for vegan cheese for the 3 pizzas. This is completely absurd. When I called again, the phone was passed to the cook with whom a reasonable conversation was difficult due to his poor knowledge of German. He told me several times that vegan cheese costs extra, to which I replied that I had, however, ordered an "inherently vegan" pizza that already costs more, which he apparently did not understand. I got the impression he doesn't know his own menu ... The conversation ended with that it was busy, that he didn't have time, but that I should contact his boss. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Pizza was tasteless and bland (Mexicana). Expected more for the money. Also there is no seating in or outside, you'll have to bring it with you.

The pizza is very good and the prices are great but I had a big fiasco while ordering a melanzane pizza.. I wanted the vegan one but they have a pizza that isn't vegan called melanzani.. so I guess there was a miscommunication that I didn't notice until I got home.. they made the correct pizza for me at no extra cost once I brought it back which was nice. I do however think that they shouldn't have such similar names..

I ordered the Veganista Vegan Pizza from Pizzeria Pinguino for just €8! I really enjoyed the Veganista pizza, it was really tasty with a good amount of ingredients on too! Very yummy!
