Staff is very kind, and as far as I can tell totally Italian-originated.
Great place also for families because of well equipped playground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too bad but never again. The place itself is not bad, basic but clean and functional. Unfortunately the management lacks in many respects: when we arrived, after over 12 hours driving, we found out that the whole "village" was having a tennis tournament-cum-party right in front of this village. "They have permission until 2:00 am" and, indeed, those 12 people went on partying, amplification, beer and sad öster-dance until 2:00am, when a few drunkards went on chatting well in the deep of the night. Before that we found out that the windows have no blinds (!!!) and that the personnel of the pizzeria enjoy smoking cigarettes right underneath the hotel room's windows, while sitting al fresco. In the morning we were treated to long-life milk instead of fresh one (one would suppose the Alps might produce some) and some very basic breakfast. Even the olive oil offered was sub-grade, despite the Italian management. The pizza, at least was OK, and they were kind enough to have them ready for us when we arrived around 22:00.
Still, we won't come back, and Heiterwanger municipality has deserved a much harsher review separately, not to mention our preferences to go to Lermoos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely Italian restaurant! The food was delicious and the service super friendly and attentive. I ordered something with meat by mistake (I’m vegetarian) and the manager immediately replaced it, without charging me. How nice (and not expected)! Also- they have a very good tiramisu! Recommend!
