Pizzen waren sehr lecker und auch Preiswert allerdings kommt es öfters vor, dass sie ein wenig zu lange im Ofen waren und dadurch auch "knuspriger" wurden. Erstens gaben sie eine Lieferzeit von ca 45 Minuten an, die um über eine halbe Stunde überschritten wurde - da denkt man noch 'ok, da is viel los, deshalb dauerts halt länger' Als das Essen NACH EINEM ANRUF IM RASTAURANT dann endlich ankam, war es kalt. Wir wohnen allerdings nur ca 5 autominuten entfernt ? Ich habe meinen Unmut direkt dem Lieferanten mitgeteilt, der mir sagte: ' burger und kebap is no halbwegs warm die Pizza nurmehr lauwarm'. Danach war er ne wolke... Als ich dann das Essen verteilte wurden natürlich alle sauer und baten mich, dort anzurufen. Das tat ich auch... Ich stiess auf Unverständnis weil ich das KALTE ESSEN nicht essen will. Ich wurde etwas unfreundlich und sagte dem Herren am telefon das ich die Bestellung nochmal geliefert haben will, statt auf die NÄCHSTE BESTELLUNG eine Pizza gratis zu bekommen. Und jetzt der supergau: Er sagte wortwörtlich: 'gut, ich liefere euch das essen nochmal, aber die nächste Bestellung brauchst du nicht bei mir zu machen' und legte auf. Ist das echt eure Strategie, eure Kunden zufrieden zu stellen und sie euch zu erhalten? Das solltet ihr überdenken ? Is that really your strategy to satisfy your customers and keep them for you? You should reconsider that ?
