Fahrer rauchte neben unserem Essen bei geschlossenem Fenster als er ankam.
Auf eine Kulanzlösung in Form von Preisnachlass wurde nicht eingegangen.
Der Fahrer war nochdazu unfreundlich und uneinsichtig.
Als Wiedergutmachung wurde uns NICHTS angeboten !!!
Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht definitiv anders aus !
Würde gerne 0 Sterne geben.
So schnell sicher nicht wieder.
 Ordered 3 kebabs via Lieferando.
Driver was smoking next to our meal with the window closed when he arrived.
A goodwill solution in the form of a price reduction was not received.
The driver was also rude and unapologetic.
NOTHING was offered as compensation!!!
Customer friendliness definitely looks different!
Would like to give 0 stars.
Certainly not again any time soon.

Dürüms werden immer kleiner, wenig Fleisch wenig Sauce und geschmacklich leider auch nicht mehr das was er mal war.
War immer gerne da aber mittlerweile meide ich den.
Unfortunately not what it used to be...
Dürüms are getting smaller and smaller, little meat, little sauce and, unfortunately, the taste is no longer what it used to be.
I always liked going there but now I avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look around the platz and you will sudden easily: this place is always empty because it offers vert very poir service.
Tables and all around is kind of dirty and moreover one of the guys who are in charge of the place, has an attitude too rude and makes you feel uncomfortable (the younger guy).
I have been once and will never repeat. Good luck with your digestion if you try their menus.
