M	Michael Zimmermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Bestellung war leider ein totaler Reinfall. Die Lieferung erfolgte erst nach knapp 2 Stunden (50 Minuten später als bei der Bestellung abgegeben). Leider waren die Pizzen nur noch lauwarm und zudem zum Teil sehr verbrannt. Ein Viertel der Pizza war leider somit gar nicht genießbar. Wobei von genießen insgesamt leider nicht die Rede sein kann. Unfortunately, the order was a total letdown. Delivery took just under 2 hours (50 minutes later than when the order was placed). Unfortunately, the pizzas were only lukewarm and some were very burnt. Unfortunately, a quarter of the pizza was not edible at all. Unfortunately, there can be no talk of enjoyment overall.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Unfortunately, after waiting 1 1/2 hours, the pizzas arrived incorrectly equipped, cold and burnt! Attached are the pictures - how can such a pizza be released?! Absolutely not recommended!
M	Matthias Weiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: die Pizzen kamen warm an. Negativ: Wir haben extra am Telefon nachgefragt, wie lange die Lieferung dauert. Antwort war eine Stunde, vielleicht auch früher, wenn sie es schaffen. Tatsächlich geliefert wurde nach 1 3/4 Stunden, genau 2 Minuten, bevor wir (erneut) angerufen und die Pizza abbestellt hätten. Die Pizzen waren am Rand total schwarz (Siehe Foto - haben wir leider erst gesehen, als wir die auf dem Hotelzimmer ausgepackt haben). Über Geschmack lässt sich ja streiten. Daher nur als Anmerkung: mir hat sie nicht geschmeckt. Der Preis ist anscheinend ortsüblich hier, was das Ganze leider nicht besser macht. Jede Pizza kostete über 10 €. Das erste (damit es nicht zu Missverständnissen kommt) Foto soll übrigens eine Calzone sein... ? Positive: the pizzas arrived warm. Negative: We specifically asked on the phone how long the delivery would take. Response was an hour, maybe sooner if they make it. It was actually delivered after 1 3/4 hours, exactly 2 minutes before we called (again) and canceled the pizza. The edges of the pizza were totally black (See photo - unfortunately we didn't see them until we unpacked them in the hotel room). You can argue about taste. So just a note: I didn't like it. The price is apparently customary here, which unfortunately doesn't make the whole thing any better. Each pizza was over €10. By the way, the first photo (to avoid misunderstandings) is supposed to be a calzone... ?

It arrive even earlier thank expected. We were able to eat in time and the food was delicious. Thank you pizza express!
