Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Bin jetzt für Massagen hier und ab März wieder eine Therapie. DANKE ?? Whether for therapy or massages, being here is the purest recreation. Vom Stecken der Karte bei Anmeldung meist kaum Wartezeit und ausgesprochen bemühte, offensichtlich gut geschulte und sehr freundliche Therapeuten. Bei Fragen steht zusätzlich Dr. Schlaffer unkompliziert beratend zur Verfügung. Gut organisierte Termine mit Bedacht auf die Bedürfnisse der Patienten und wirklich effiziente Therapien. Schmerzpunkte werden bei den Behandlungen abgefragt. Der Wartebereich angenehm groß und bereichsweise gruppiert, Nespresso und Wasserspender vorhanden. Wirklich ein beeindruckender Vorzeigebetrieb, wo man sich als gehandikapter Patient gut aufgehoben fühlt. Here you can only be satisfied. Ok, um 11:30 komme ich rein( erste mal im Leben ) ich sehe Apoteke..rechts Glastür Anmeldung Therapie 1.Stock. Oben war niemand bei Empfang..10 min gewarten..Habe Hallo, mehrmals gerufen..Alle Türen war geschlossen...links letzte Tür hat sich geöffnet..ein Kunde ist weg gegangen...ich habe gerufen..ein Junge Man hat mir gesakt ich soll mich unten( die Treppen runter) und bei die erste Dame melden( wo ich reingegangen bin ).Ok, ich habe dan unten gewarten, eine Kundin war vor mir..Die Dame hat noch etwas gemacht und gefragt "Bitte." Ich habe wiederholt was ich brauche..sie hat mir gesakt:"Das ist da hinten" und mit Hand gezeigt. Ich habe nicht kappiert..ist das jetzt ernst!! Ok..ich gehe dort "hinten"..das Anmeldung Bereich ist nicht besetzt..eine vorbei gehende Dame fragt:"Was suchen sie?" Ich wiederhole mich nich ein mal..sie sagt:"Ein Moment. " Ich warte weiter, eine Junge Dame stellt sich hinter mir...dan kommt die gleiche Mitarbeiterin und zeigt mir mit Hand auf due Anmeldung Bereich:" Ich bin nicht mehr da." Ich war mit offene Mund da gestanden.."Wie bitte?" Sie"Schauen sie..bis 11:30"..( ich war 25min insgesamt drinnen !) "Sie können mir alles ( was in mein Hand war ) da lassen und ich ruff sue an." Und wieso geht das jetzt per Telefon und heute um 9:30 haben sie mir gesakt ich muss erstmal persönlich kommen??" Sie:"Na lassen sie mir das und ich ruff sue an." Ich:"Nein danke, das ist unverschämt!" Ich werde nie wieder dort gehen...über Therapie nicht mal zu sprechen!! Ah ja, Liferanten kommen rein ohne Maske( was Pflicht ist!) und keine von die Damen hat was gesakt??? Und ihr arbeitet mit Menschen das Schmerzen haben! Da ich auch aus Med.Pflege Bereich komme...ich bin so entäuscht wie die Komunikation bei euch "funktioniert"!! ICH MÖCHTE GERNE MINUS 5 STERNE GEBEN!! I was contacted by phone. I have to come personally for the first time to make a file for myself + appointments. Ok, at 11:30 I come in (for the first time in my life) I see pharmacy ... right glass door Registration therapy 1st floor. Nobody was upstairs at the reception .. waited 10 min .. Hello, called several times .. All doors were closed ... the last door on the left opened .. a customer left ... I called .. a young man asked me to go downstairs (down the stairs) and report to the first lady (where I went in). Ok, I waited downstairs, a customer was in front of me .. The lady did something and asked "Please . " I repeated what I needed ... she told me: "That's over there" and showed me with her hand. I didn't cap it ... is this serious now !! Ok .. I'll go "back there" .. the registration area is not occupied .. a lady walking past asks: "What are you looking for?" I don't repeat myself once ... she says: "Just a moment." I keep waiting, a young lady stands behind me ... then the same employee comes and shows me the registration area with her hand: "I'm not anymore there." I was standing there with my mouth open .. "I beg your pardon?" They "Look ... until 11:30" .. (I was inside for a total of 25 minutes!) "You can leave everything (that was in my hand) for me and I'll call you." And why is that possible now by phone and today at 9:30 am you told me I have to come in person first ?? " You: "Well leave me that and I'll call you." Me: "No thanks, that's rude!" I will never go there again ... not even talking about therapy !! Ah yes, suppliers come in without a mask (which is compulsory!) And none of the ladies did something And you work with people who are in pain! Since I also come from the medical care sector ... I am so disappointed how the communication "works" for you! I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE MINUS 5 STARS !!

Das Team von Therapeuten ist sehr freundliche und kompetent...komme schon seit Anfang an immer wieder zur Therapie...ich kannes nur weiterempfehlen....Danke an Dr. Schlaffer und Team Well organized ... whether for therapy, massage, etc. to be in the PIN is pure relaxation and you will be helped when you are in pain. The team of therapists is very friendly and competent ... I've been coming back to therapy since the beginning ... I can only recommend it ... Thanks to Dr. Schlaffer and team
