★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best butcher shop i have been to. He has very good dried spicy sausages with pepper/chilli, dried bacon «speck» with paprika/pepper and many other delicious meats. The atmosphere is also friendly, helpful and cozy. My favourite is «kümmelbratensemmeln» with a small beer, eaten inside the shop. Try it! I always bring around 30 dried sausages and 2-3 pieces of speck back home to Norway when I’m there.
